Geek squad Sag Harbor N.Y. My provider screwed up my phone and lost the contacts page They couldn't fix it. i went to Sag Harbor and Logan,the technician worked amazingly and after a reasonable time, restored it to my phone. They are amazing in this store and should be recognized for their friendly service. Why even thing of anywhere else. Logan eliminated a lot of stress in my feeling all data was lost.Watching him exhibit his knowledge and skills made my day. Arthur french Wainscot N.Y. 11975

Cracked the 2020 macbook air screen. Called in for a price quote. They quoted a fair price (not my first rodeo for cracked screen unfortunately) and pointed me towards frugal solutions elsewhere - I just ordered a $80 portable monitor to tide me over until I decide whether to keep this laptop or buy a new one. This place is a definite benefit for our community and I look forward to calling them for my computer needs

My MacBook had water damage, so I brought it in to GeekHampton to see if it could be fixed. Logan checked it out, finding that it was basically irreparably damaged, in that repairing it, if even possible, might cost more than a new computer. I decided to buy a replacement MacBook, this time also purchasing the 3-year Apple Care insurance. Logan quickly retrieved my data from the cloud, and showed me how to do a few new things, for a small tech support fee. He was professional, respectful and friendly, and very efficient. I recommend him and GeekHampton highly.

I've always used Apple products, and I am pretty savvy when I hit a stumbling block. Well, my iPhone phone 13 froze and I could not get it to reboot. Brought it to GeekHampton and Logan was able to reboot it no charge and quickly.

Could not live without Geekhampton right here in Sag Harbor. Professional, dedicated service, honest, fair prices, quick and thorough repairs. They have always gone above and beyond for us. People complaining about Apple prices should bear in mind that they're Apple's prices, and I can't believe that a 2-hour time slot for a "same day repair" is too slow (!!) for someone, unless that person thinks they're the only person in the world asking for help for something. Anyway, kudos to the owner and staff of this business.

Geek Hampton is the best Apple store anywhere! They are super helpful and patient and really know their stuff. After 3 hours with Apple support they solved my problem in a few minutes. Kudos to Sheryl and Lincoln and Adam -- they are great!

I went to three Apple stores with problems with my iPad, Mac, and I phone. Still had problems.I went to Geek Hampton and met Logan…a fantastic guy who knew exactly what to do to fix all 3 devices. He was patient, kind and unbelievably smart and knowledgeable about servicing the devices. He knew the problem, found my files, and my everything is working perfectly. They don't seem to actually do service or repairs on older Macs. They declined to upgrade a 2017 iMac and a 2015 MacBook Pro last year. I brought in an old iMac 2012 recently for help installing A memory module because I couldn't get the screws on the memory door out. It seems to have died while they were doing so but it was old so it could have been natural causes. I guess they do service new Macs but new Macs are not upgradable. They appear to really just be a retailer. If you go there the woman and young guy are nice but avoid the old(er) guy.

This is the absolute place to go for anything MAC. Staff is personable and knows their way around any device you bring to them for repair or have a question about. Without them around I would hesitate to continue to have a Mac computer or an iPhone or buy new. They can get crowded and sometimes can be a little rushed but that happens when your business is good, your staff is competent and many people rely on you to fix problems. Thank You Geek Hampton !

Everyone here has been consistently wonderful over the years - very helpful, knowledgable, and not pushy .Truly experts (and geeks!) in their field, and are amazing at dealing with many of the pushy or nervous customers that (sometimes) are there too.

The geeks provide great service. We all know the Apple stores and Apple support on the phone, but these guys are better. They are really helpful and very fair. They answer phone calls, when you call them they stay on the phone and really help you, and they spend all the time it takes to get something done. It is some of the best Customer Service I’ve ever experienced, and they are very good at what they do.

These people are simply THE BEST! Two wonderful ladies helped me solve an issue I had that two Apple Genius bars and one other independent 'expert' could not solve for over a year. My issue was resolved in 45 minutes. Cannot be happier. THANK YOU SO MUCH! Plus so much of a nicer atmosphere than the dreaded Apple stores are now...
