LOVESHACKFANCY Sag Harbor is AMAZING! Worked with Erica and Emily to track down a dress for my daughter's HOCO and they went the extra mile and were so kind! I'm a PA and talk with client associates A LOT. It's not always like this in retail! LSF is lucky to have them and I appreciate their amazing service so much.

Always fun walking into this store . High end prices but if there's something you love get I as you only live once . Unique items for young adults to middle age if you can fit into the clothes . Everything is too small for me but I do love there non clothes items . Perfume is really nice and the bottles they come in are gorgeous. Beautiful accessories and jewelry .

Im giving this particular store a 1 star. I seriously felt like Julia Roberts in the movie Pretty Women. No one approached me to ask if I needed help. It was the opposite, instead I was stared at by a worker there and her face said it all.. “what are you doing here? You dont belong in here, you dont look like us” kind of stare if you know what i mean. I saw the same girl help someone else and she was kind to that customer. To her I say “never judge a book by its cover.” You dont know whats in my wallet, who I am, or who I know. I do not recommend supporting this establishment. Very negative energy in there.

I wanted a specific shirt in a size small that the Southampton NY store didn't carry. Southampton store called Sag Harbor for me a few times. Sag Harbor store did not answer phone. I tried calling the store for repeatedly for two days and left a message. The afternoon of the second day I drove from SH to Sag and found all the sales women standing at the counter socializing with each other. Maybe a manager should take look at this. I'm highly unsatisfied as a customer.

I had a fantastic shopping experience at this location. The moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by Erica who was extremely helpful!! I truly can’t thank her enough. She went above and beyond for me. I’m so happy with all my new pieces I got!!!

What an amazing store. We visited last week during our 2nd stay in the area. What an amazing experience and what customer service. Erica you should move your career to consulting other businesses in the area on customer engagement. You are simply amazing!
The store, product and personnel are all 5 star. Customer engagement from entry to post sale were flawless! We will be contacting you for my daughters dress that she already eyed for her birthday.
If anyone in Sr. Mgmt. at Love Shack Fancy reads this, great store and what a shining star you have here with Erica!

If I could give Erica a higher rating, I would, talk about service, we came in to shop for my sister with some gift cards, not only did Erica stay attentive and engaged the entire time, but she kept the store open another hour to help us when our gift card wasn’t going through. She is genuinely the sweetest and kindest person I have ever met, this is some of the best service I’ve ever had in my entire life. Erica also helped my sister pick out tons and tons of options and waited so patiently as she tried everything on. I am genuinely in shock at how amazing this service was. This store is not only beautiful, but has some of the best customer service ever. Thank you Erica so much for your kindness today, I will definitely be coming back.

Brought my daughter and a friend to this location and I can't say enough about Ericka. She made sure the girls had a true Love Shack experience. Trying on dresses, photo ops and helping them find styles to compliment each of them. Truly helpful and pleasant! ??
