“Marianne and her crew are WONDERFUL.I faced a potential nightmare--of my own making, per usual--shipping household items of various shape/size/weight to my out-of-state residence. Marianne advised me re potential cost vis-a-vis usefulness of some of the items. So, I ended up with what my wife and I need for our home; the extra items will be used by my relatives or donated to good causes.Marianne is professional, patient, and very sympathetic to customers like myself who have difficulty making decisions.
