“I want to genuinely thank the Southampton post office team! My mail was accidentally delivered there, but they were very helpful in finding it and returning it to me. I sincerely appreciate their support! Thanks again!”
“After 3 days of back and forth with Amazon Customer Service, Seller Customer Service & USPS 800 #, I figured they likely couldn't help but gave Greenport location a call to seek some advice & a gentleman was kind enough to check for the package I put the wrong house # on & got it rerouted while I was out of town. SO grateful!! :)”
“one of the best post offices on the East End, south shore of Long Island. Always have good efficient staff eager to help. Not like that awful Post office in East Hampton. Keep up the good work.”
“For over 20 years I've been going to this post office. Karen is efficient, helpful, and personable. The other employee is efficient, difficult, and borderline hostile to the point I now dread picking up the mail.”

“I’ve been a customer for almost 2 years here and I have nothing but the best to say about my experiences here. All of the postal workers are very kind, helpful and professional. They are truly a pleasure to deal with. Thank you for making the post office such a lovely experience all of the time! I appreciate you! Thank you ??”
“Been shipping every day for 25 years. Aways been up / down BUT not anymore. The best Post Master & helpful workers we have ever had. MANY THANKS FOR THE GREAT JOB THEY DO !!”
“Not sure why this post office has such a bad rep. I’ve been in year around and overall always had good experiences. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait so plan ahead.
I was in this morning 8/11 and Inga was super nice and fast.”

“Toni was very helpful in getting my package intercepted for my client. She was very patient over the phone and helped me when the USPS 1800 hotline couldn't. She is stellar.”
