Urban Zen, which follows a philosophy of living by Donna Karan, is home to the Italian restaurant Tutto il Giorno in Sag Harbor. The space is aesthetically beautiful with a nice, elegant, and nautical-themed ambience, offering both indoor and attractive outdoor dining areas alongside a boutique. The food receives mixed reviews. Some find it very good, real Italian food with properly made pasta, excellent carasau bread, well-conceived wine lists, and very good dishes like the eggplant parmesan and burrata. Others, however, describe the food as no good, fake over-spiced Italian food with dubious quality, noting that pastas are small and portions can be modest. The experience is considered a quintessential Hamptons dining experience, though it comes with high Hamptons prices that are described as insane. Prices are in line with very high-end Manhattan restaurants, with expensive drinks, wines by the glass starting at a high price, and costly entrees and steaks. The level of pretentiousness is noted as high, with service described as ok, friendly once engaged but sometimes slow to start, and hostesses perceived as polite yet snooty. The restaurant can be packed and noisy, with horrible acoustics that make conversation difficult. While it satisfies the senses for some, others feel it is overpriced and too full of itself, suggesting there are other Hamptons places that surpass it in quality and service.

The food is good, but inside discrimination is very disgusting, By the manager Jennifer Dipretoro, she doesn't have good customer service with non-white people.
