Normally get my corn on Elwood Rd East Northport at DeLea’s or Carlson’s farm stand. Always very fresh corn and very tasty and sweet at 85 cents an ear. Heading home today stopped at BB GG for some corn. Walked up to the corn table and I swear said to my self “corn looks dried out,” but bought a few ears anyway. Boiled them up tonight and taking them out of the pot they didn’t look right like real fresh sweet corn. Sure enough no taste - bland and certainly not sweet. Either sitting for a few days and lost their sweetness or not even Long Island corn. Probably the former. Oh their corn was special I guess since it was $1.00 an ear. First and last for me at BB GG

Fantastic selection of fruits,vegetables, homemade baked goods and the most extensive selection of flowers and plants. A little expensive but well worth it.

I do not give bad reviews but I need to say, after multiple experiences, over many years to buy from this nursery, I am just tired of the attitude from the cashier who I do believe is the owner. I buy my wreaths in winter, plants in summer and you repeatedly treat me less than and with curt, rude answers. I am a local. Grew up here. I have a lovely yard and planting is my hobby and my happy place. You will not take that away from me. I will not be back and I'd recommend other young gardeners build a relationship at nearby, kinder, more patient nurseries. I walked out today because of you. Was buying 20 plants but need not leave you my hard earned money.

Purchased 2 crates of their Roma tomatoes to make fresh jarred sauce end of August. These were absolutely the best Roma tomatoes I've ever tasted. The sauce came out amazing!

This plant shop has a wide variety of plants and outdoors plants. You could get lost in this place with how much they have. Love the cuties that are hidden in this gem of a store. My only concern is the bugs. A lot of plants I've gotten were covered in bugs , easily fixable. Other than that worth checking out!

The 2nd plant we bought that all the roots were roted from over watering. Complained to one of the owners and asked for just a discount on a new plant and was told no. They just don't care.

Good place to pick up plants and local produce. I'm very happy with my philodendron, stromanthe triostar and neon pothos. They are all so healthy and putting out tons of new growth.
