My 2013 Chrysler 300C had a recall on the output shaft. My output shaft fractured. That's what the recall was about and on. I contacted 2 dealers and both told me my vin number don't fall in the vin numbers recalled. But yet same year same issue. I contacted headquarters spoke to a Sean he said same Thing as dealer but would look into it for me and contact me back. Well over 2 weeks went by and no call back. I called back today 10/30/23 and the guy who answered is telling me there's no recall for the output shaft On my car. Then he tells me my car wasn't built or came from same place the recalls for the output shaft is from. Ummmmm well which is it! I looked up recalls and wow what do you know there was a recall on the output shaft. Thank you Chrysler for making my decision easier on the new truck we are buying. I can tell you I'm skipping over Dodge/ Mopar. This is sad and I might just trade in my 300C for a Mustang or Camaro. It saddens me since I owned 1970's molar's in my past. Thank You for putting a bad taste in my mouth for mopar!

We purchased our 1996 Dodge Viper from this dealership a while back, as they claimed it was an ultra low mile non-titled mint example. However, once we uncovered and began to clean it, we discovered some very troubling issues. These include dents and damage to the lower driver side exhaust cover, the front bumper (with attempted paint touch up), missing clear coat at the rear bumper, and SEVERE rusting of the frame and undercarriage components. Initial estimates to repair all of these issues are ranging from $8000 to $9000 for body work and repainting and full rust removal. To make matters worse, we have reached out to Certified twice now and have received no response to these undisclosed issues, and now are forced to seek legal remedies. Hopefully, this is a rare occurrence with this dealership, but others should be aware before experiencing the same problems.Dave H

I did not end up purchasing a car from Certified HQ, but can absolutely recommend them for anyone who is interested in a used car. I was looking at a 2017 Kia Niro, and before finalizing the purchase, they sent it to their shop. Upon noticing a rough idle and a tiny amount of smoke, they opted to send it to a nearby Kia dealership to have a specialist look at it, where it was revealed that there was a coolant leak in the catalytic converter system. This was an issue that would require a $3500 repair…The point is, instead of trying to hide the issue, with something that still would’ve likely passed NY inspection, and just sending me on my way no wiser, they were honest about all the issues and gave me the choice to wait for the repair or to be refunded my deposit. I chose to accept the refund and look elsewhere, mostly because I don’t live too close to the dealership. But the overall experience, though frustrating, was helped by their communication.Lou and Brian, you are both stand up guys - need more people like you in this world! Thanks again for keeping it real with me!David

Buying and selling cars is difficult if not impossible these days. These guys at Certified HQ make the process quite easy each step of the way. I have worked with Brian the owner on the purchase and sale of a few vehicles now and each time am amazed at how efficient and easy the process is. Brian takes his time with the customer to explain the vehicle and pricing. His prices are more than fair and doesn't play any of the games that we have all experienced. Without hesitation if you are in the market to buy or sell your vehicle, look no further than Certified HQ for a terrific transaction. A++

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a car from Certified Headquarters, and I couldn't be happier with my decision. From start to finish, the entire experience was outstanding, and I owe a great deal of gratitude to the owner, Brian. His professionalism, expertise, and dedication to customer satisfaction truly sets Certified Headquarters apart from the competition. If you're in the market for a car and want an exceptional buying experience, I highly recommend visiting Certified Headquarters.

Brian and his team are amazing and very accommodating. No high pressure sales tactics or promises. I personally have purchased THREE cars from Brian. The best part is they were all very different in type and price point. The first was a 2001 Honda Accord I needed for my son to commute back and forth to Suffolk CC and it lasted 6 years until I sold. Then I bought a 2012 Hyundai Sonata as a step up in class for one of my kids and recently, I purchased a 2014 Honda CRV that is awesome and on all three occasions; easy, professional, no issues and the transaction was seamless and I was in and out in 10 minutes!! If you are looking for any price point and want a great experience buying a used car, Certified HQ is your place, period end of discussion. Not a 5 star rating, a 10 star rating!!!

Had a great experience buying my car from Certified Headquarters. Avi did an amazing job of having an answer for all my questions and making the process so smooth. Usually car shopping is very stressful but it couldn’t have been easier here.

Avi and Brian are professionals that get you the deal you need. what they did for me is unmatched in my experience. i have been through car buying process 4 times before this one, and this was the most easy and most friendly way so far. this is a dealer that works with you, not at you.

unwittingly helped my girlfriend buy a 2001 toyota celica from this place last year for her daughter for over $9000, since she had her heart set on this particular model. I should've known better when 'Lou' wouldn't agree to permit me to have the car brought to a nearby firestone or goodyear to be put up on a lift for inspection prior to purchase. The car turned out to be a rust bucket, with a check engine light that came on a few weeks after the car was brought home.Unfortunately when i had gone to initially look at the car it happened to be raining, so i wasn't able to get a good look at the undercarriage which turned out to be extremely rusty including parts of the subframe which had holes where it had completely rusted through. The check engine light turned out to be from an evap leak code caused by a leaking fuel pump due to corrosion, which was only able to be diagnosed after finally getting an evap system smoke test (I had cleared the p0440 code multiple times while attempting to fix the mysterious evap leak by replacing the canister purge valve, then the gas cap, and then the charcoal canister, only to have the check engine light come back on again after about 2-3 weeks).Bottom line, this place sold us a car for top dollar which shouldn't have even passed safety inspection due to the rusted out holes in the subframe, along with a check engine light waiting to come on shortly after we took it home (it's fairly easy for me to see now that they had cleared the trouble codes by disconnecting the battery, which kept the check engine light from showing up during the test drive and first couple weeks of ownership).EDIT- There is no option to reply to the response from the owner, so i'll post it here.-The car was bought last year on 2/3/22, not over two years ago as you claim. The full extent and severity of the rust damage wasn't discovered until the car was brought in for a clutch and flywheel replacement about 7 months later (not sure if this was due to the car being a total lemon or my girlfriend's daughter being relatively new to manual transmission). I'll include a pic i was able to find showing one of the rust holes. Also, this is around the time a strong gasoline smell became noticeable inside the car while driving, which turned out to be due to gas vapor leaking in to the main cabin from under the rear seat, where the fuel pump connects to the gas tank. This leak was caused by extreme rust corrosion surrounding the fuel pump, and was discovered by a mechanic who had to perform an evap smoke test to pinpoint where it was coming from.

Very dishonest and unethical. They sell cars with undisclosed safety issues and hidden mechanical problems. The carfax vehicle history report provided with the vehicles is useless.
