Wish I could write a positive review but unfortunately that's not the case. My lease is up on my q50....It's my second lease with this dealership. The previous salesman was no longer with the company so several months ago. I reached out looking for a new vehicle ans options Well, the price I was quoted was $175 more a month for the same vehicle. I cannot recall the sales reps name, but he didn't have any interest, and he never did a follow up call to see if I was still interested. 2 days ago i called With regard to some of my possibilities buying the vehicle releasing another vehicle.... Once again options! I was connected to a sales rep by the name of Tyler. I shared my thoughts and feelings and he gave me a ridiculous price. Of course they always start high and within a few minutes he said " I have someone at my door" I can call you back later . Well if I was sitting in the dealership, what would he do? Throw me out of your office? So I shared well if you had an appointment, why would the front desk connect me to you if you had no time for me.... his answer was well we're under staffed.... Really ! That's what you say to a six-year customer .... so inexperienced and unprofessional. So I asked him for the infinity finance phone number and I hung up the phone. Normally I wouldn't have called back but being a customer for so many years and I had sent many family and friends there, I thought it was necessarily to speak with the management. I called back and I was connected to Rob, the manager. He was involved in my last lease. Well, I shared my experience with Tyler, and of course he apologized, and said let me see what I can come up with. I'll call you back in a few minutes. Well, he phoned me back and quoted a price that was not acceptable for me, and to be quite honest I wasn't expecting anything better from him. When he realized I didn't like his offer and that I might just buy the car, He started to be very negative about that because he wouldn't be making any money. I wouldn't finance the lease buyout with him, and then he's recommending purchasing a vehicle warranty, (through Infiniti) anything to just make a dollar. I thanked him for his time and ended the call. I will never go back to competition infiniti in Smithtown. Very unprofessional to say the least. Finally, Tyler needs to learn how to deal with the public or he should be fired. Simply, this kind of unprofessional attitude is not how you treat a customer, especially a six-year customer. Unsatisfied "no longer" customer.

Sales services are great. Finance the usual "I'm important" attitude. Bought my MB at their smithtown location. I don't think I will buy another MB from here again. Bought it in June 2022 and then to now its been in and out of service center 4 times. Speaker issue, brakes issue, and now another appointment made for heating fan sounds. Suppose to be a brand new car, never had to take my Honda in for repair until it was 14 years old. So close to trading it in for another car somewhere else. I'm just not happy at all. But I gave them a 3 for the professionalism with any interaction and cleanliness.
