Recommended by women from my church. My first appt was wonderfully pleasant. Clean, great polish choices, gel nail manicures available. I went in sun afternoon it was very busy. Definitely need an appointment. Every customers nails looked great!

Diva nails never disappoints! They do tend to get very busy, resulting in a wait but the service and results are always excellent. Would definitely recommend!

I was disappointed in my service. The big headed man was very aggressive and rude. He cut my fingers and was overall really aggressive. He would throw my hands and scrubbed the shit out of them. He had also previously told me $80 for my nails but then when I told him I didn't want to do my toes he raised the price to $90. He also did not say thank you when I tipped him. There are some nice ladies here who I wish did my nails but I'm just saying avoid the big bald headed man.

I love my nails, they are perfect! But I always get charged a different price. It was hiked up to $45 for a fill in after Covid. Now, if you want a simple design on 2 nails its $65. Something is not right. I don't like being taken advantage of.

I noticed that diva nails had great reviews so I was very excited to get a fresh set today... disappointed ain't even the word. I'm leaving 2 stars because I feel pretty confident that I would have had a much better experience with a different nail tech. He was very rushed and impatient with me for the entirety of the appointment. It felt like he was working against me or in spite of me or something. I did not get his name. My nails aren't horrible but they're definitely not what I asked for. Most notably, when he asked what length I wanted my nails cut to, I pointed on my pinky finger to generally what length I was going for. He just said "no, too long," and cut that nail considerably shorter than what I had requested. He didn't double check before making that cut, and the rest of the appointment went pretty much the same way. He was also passive aggressive (and just plain aggressive) in a way I haven't seen with other nail techs. Toward the end, one nail brushed up against his hand, which messed up some of the paint he had just applied. It happens. What I definitely didn't ask for was for him to then lecture me about how I need to keep my hands flat, don't bump into him, etc. As if I had done that on purpose. Also, the nails were $90. This employee is very talented and did a meticulous job on my nails. But like I said, it's just not what I asked for. I wish that he had been more accommodating and less (visibly and verbally) impatient with me. I feel really regretful that I came here and ended up paying so much for nails I kind of can't stand. If you plan on coming here just be aware of that. And maybe avoid this specific nail tech if possible.

If I could, I would rate 0 STARS!!!! I paid $80 just to get a Gel Manicure . A GEL MANICURE! never in my years of doing my feet that I had ever paid that much. This place is soo expensive, then while I was leaving & already paid.. front desk RUDE LADY, asked where is the Tip? You don’t ever ask a customer where the tip is.. I ONLY TIP IF I FEEL LIKE THE WORK WAS WORTH IT. & this right here, this place is not !! I RECOMMEND EVERYONE & ANYONE TO GO TO A DIFFERENT NAIL SALONService: Manicures
