Made an Express appointment for a New York state inspection. Car checked in on time. 1 hour goes by, 2 hours goes by finally at 2 and 3/4 hours I approached another advisor to ask what happened. The Greek quickly located my keys my car and I was on my way. But 2 hours and 45 minutes for an Express appointment?

Overall they are friendly. I am not sure how trustworthy. Sometimes they tell me I need things done but I go somewhere else and they will tell me you absolutely don't need this done. I
