The service department has really changed for the better:1) loaner cars2) great reception/waiting area3) video inspections texted to youHowever the most impressive part of the service visit was Service Advisor Joyce Calderone. She is personable, knowledgeable and very attentive even though I had a very small service. I have had a few visits at Competition previously with other advisors that just hand you your invoice and don't explain anything. Competition is very lucky to have Joyce.
