An amazing experience with this Safelite team. Specifically from Joseph who visited me at my home, to Dan who finished the job in the shop due to their procurement of a needed regulator, the job was flawless. I highly recommend this retail store to everyone.

Edit: in response to safelite. It would be great to let your customers know if this happens. Also, please train your staff who answer phones with better customer support or hire some one who isn’t snippy with an attitude right off the bat. Since I highly doubt you’ll pay for the sticker and I won’t be able to get the 10 dollars I tipped back, it just sucks that this was the experience I had.Review:Job got done but the customer service is lacking. had to have them come to my house. They replaced the windshield and told me all was good to go. I noticed while driving the inspection sticker said void. This wasn’t mentioned to me, so it’s lucky I noticed it.I called about it and got a rude and disrespectful woman on the phone who was just talking down to me. She said it would be around 14 dollars to get a new inspection sticker and I asked where do I send the receipt for that she got even snottier and that it’s my fault and they won’t do anything.Luckily another woman called me and gave me the correct info and that it is only 2 dollars. She even informed that the person who did the windshield replacement should of been able to move the sticker with out voiding it and if it did get voided he should of informed me.Seems people are just either disorganized or don’t really care too much. Wish I could get my 10 dollar tip back.

Dropped my car off early. They told me it would be about an hour to 90 minutes. They texted me about 70 minutes later. Picked my car up, everything looked good, rear view mirror, ezpass and stickers. Even my oil change reminder was transferred. I will use the St James location again if needed.

My window regulator came unattached and broke and I brought it in to be fixed. They replaced the regulator and reattached it again. Not only did they lose screws to my door panel, but it’s only been a couple of months and the regulator has come off again and my window is yet again out of commission. I am appalled at the poor quality of their work and now I have to pay to have it fixed all over again because I am NOT letting this Safelite touch my car EVER again. DO NOT COME HERE! You will be out a couple of hundred dollars for a job that doesn’t last and you will need to pay again have it done elsewhere.

The one star is for the one competent professional employee Dave. “The real mechanic” aka Technician. The only one here who knows what he is doing. The manager misleads, the staff lies and is rude. My car was out of commission for 3 days over replacing a windshield they could not recalibrate. They put me in an unsafe situation, I found out after I left and was stuck in a parking lot for hours with a dead vehicle with no assistance from them. Go somewhere else or I hope you have a better experience than I had. My windshield is perfect and eventually the problems were resolved. But I won’t forget the way we were treated. I’ve contacted Corporate and got an apology.

After my windshield arrived at the location I was able to get in 2 days later and it was done in about an hour and a half.. very easy.. very clear cut no games..

Rear window was broken call Safelite they had to order the glass. It took a few days to come in. They schedule an appointment and did the repair in my driveway. Everything was done nicely and Professionally

I’ve used Safe Lite before and they came out to meet me. This time, I had to go to the location and I really appreciated the store manager (Xavier?) for checking in on me while I waited. They gave me updates on my vehicle while it was being worked on, and had great customer service.

From setting the appt to getting my windshield replaced, they were great and did a great job! I was able to book an appt for the following day and their customer service was great. They worked directly with my insurance company making the process seemless. Best of all my insurance covered the entire claim.
