I had an excellent experience working with Rich at Smithtown Kia. From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. He wasn’t pushy at all and made the entire process comfortable and stress-free — something that’s hard to find when buying a car.
What really stood out was how thorough Rich was when going over every feature of my new vehicle. I joked that he was almost “annoyingly thorough,” but honestly, that level of attention to detail was greatly appreciated. I had a terrible experience with Erin in the service department. She was nasty, rude and gave me the wrong information about my car which cost me time and frustration then was necessary due to her lack of knowledge and unhelpful demeanor. I would NOT recommend this dealer AT ALL! If you want exceptional service take it to Eagle Kia of Riverhead they go ABOVE AND BEYOND!!

Horrible service came in for a recall that should have taken 2 hours. Left 8 hours later and having to pay for something that was not my fault. No accountability at all
