Do not buy a car here! The Sales Representatives are scammers and will lie to you. They have no knowledge of cars and only want to scam you of your money. They fold the papers you sign so you miss information and lie to you about the costs. Peter is a terrible Salesman. Stay away from him. They wont answer questions and refuse to work with you. It's in your best interest to shop somewhere else. Please head my warning.

The following day, After speaking with one of the internet sales representatives, I was contacted by the salesman from the day prior. He stated their desire to gain my business and make a new offer. The offer was better than the previous offers but still nowhere near what I was receiving from other dealers, specifically south shore nissan( highly recommended), I was told there was no way the offer was legit and expect to be surprised by hidden fees. He also stated that his offer was a "real offer", to which I asked why he didn't make me a "real offer" yesterday, he didn't have a good answer. I then asked for the actual numbers they were giving for the my trade in and new vehicle and he wouldn't. The cherry on top was finding the vehicle listed on truecar for over 4k less than they tried charging me. All in all,the process lacked transparency and just made them come off as dishonest salesmen trying to take advantage of someone. I'll be reviewing south shore Nissan, if your in the market go there, it was night and day!

Went there to purchase 2 Nissan Rogues. They added a 2k "prep" fee. I immediately walked out. When the salesperson asked if I wanted to negotiate the price, I said no. Why would I waste my time negotiating to get to a price which was sill higher than what he quoted me just a minute before? Honor the price you quote, and stop the ridiculous extra fees.

My salesman, wasn't a "salesman"- Allen --we asked the questions he had the answers. He didn't have to sell us anything. He definitely has leadership skills. We liked Working With him.I came back today with questions about the data entry from my cell phone to the car. Giuseppe was very knowledgeable, taught me how the car works. Nice person. I would hire him.

I had a nice review but they ruined it in one day. I’ll never step foot back there.A little to read but to save time, go to any other Nissan dealer!Unfortunately the tire and wheel coverage we purchased with the new car (we bought two that day) was canceled’. No one knows by who or why. Nothing is in writing that we canceled. So we left yesterday with no managers to talk to, no resolution from service or anyone. They simply said we don’t know what happened but you have to buy tires, can you imagine?!Apparently even a document in writing from them is was scam. Yes, we have one!!We will take our business to Mavis who always treats us like family. If the keeps just one of you from buying here, they lose much more than the few dollars for the tires.I hope the one star resonates during this big weekend!STAT AWAY!

I leased a rogue from Joemanual Batista for both me and my mother. He is an absolute pleasure to deal with. Not your typical sales person. He got us what we wanted and is extremely friendly polite and goes the extra mile for his customers. I will continue to recommend him and I will be coming back to him for years to come as long as he is still there.

I highly recommend Smithtown Nissan. I just purchased my leased Rogue, and it was a very positive experience. Paul Abizeld helped me through the entire process. He is not pushy and explains all options thoroughly. I've been a customer for 20 years, and this was the best experience by far, thanks to Paul and Javier Raymundo.

!!! Customer rip-off Alert see what numbers they are giving youExtremely unethical customer service, stay alert with the numbers they show you .I came in to buy used cars which was priced at 27000 approx and the sales rep Alvaro Galvan made the price to 35000 by including almost 4 thousand in taxes plus the delivery and preparation charges on the used vehicle. When I asked the elaboration on prices he said we as dealers can write anything as we have operational cost , upon asking for his supervisor or manager he said the manager would not entertain these kind of requests. The sales rep had a bad attitude and was not there to sell. Did not specify any car features we asked everything ourself did not wanted to make the sale. Extremely bad experience with this dealership. They were putting new car costs on used car purchases and was not ready to even tell us about the APR percentage.

Aaron at the Service Desk is an asset to your business. He not only goes above and beyond for myself as a return customer, but treats the other customers in the service center the same. He is a team player and a leader in the department. In the 1 hour I was there he booked and guided at least 10 customers through the steps of service as well as answering phone calls and service questions.Julia is another incredible asset to your team, she can work 3 positions at the same time. She greets customers, transfers calls, does the final billing transactions, and schedules all of the service loaner vehicles. She is polite, knowledgeable and helped me with another loaner vehicle while my truck was was being serviced for recalls.Jayson is another great employee who drives the customers cars, service loaner cars and works with service advisors, learning what he can do next. Jayson is polite, eager to learn, works hard and would be a great service advisor in the near future.

I'll start this by saying I have never left a negative review for any business in my life but if I could give less than 0 stars I would. The sales manager outright lied to my wife and I when we bought our car (I have it all in writing). He will tell you whatever you want to hear to get you to buy a car. To make matters worse when we contacted the dealership the other employees admitted he lied and were actually laughing at us (which was embarrassing frustrating and as unprofessional as possible) when we showed them what we were promised. this was my second car in 3 years I purchased from them and planned on buying another today which is how I found this out. tomorrow my wife and I will be going down the road and buying two new Toyotas instead!!

I purchased 2 cars from Nissan of Smithtown on 4/17/23. My husband and I was at the dealer from 10:00am - 10:30pm. We worked the deal with the sales person but once we got to the finance guy, he had worked the numbers without our involvement. He also told us that in order to get a loan with Jovia bank, the bank requires that the vehicle be protected so he sold us $3500. For Each of our car For service plan plus an additional $7k for my car and $6k my husband car for bullshit coverage that he stated the bank required. Since it was late we had no way to call the bank and verify these claims. I called the bank on 4/19/23 and I was told that the only thing the bank required was insurance. After speaking with the bank for the second time on 4/20/23, we noticed that the bank bill of sale was completely different than our bill of sale including A different bill of sale number and our signatures were different as well very close but you can tell they are different signatures. Please make sure to verify with the bank so you are not taken for a ride. I gave 1 start in order to be able to post my review. We purchased cars under the old management and we never had a problem but becareful with this new management. 4/20/23 4:15 update - the bank spoke with the dealer and we received a call from the finance guy - he told us to return the car and we will loose our $6800. deposit for each car total of $13,600. wow this gets worst by the minute. We have a meeting with the finance guy on Tuesday 4/25/23 hopefully he will remove the additional unnecessary $7k plus from my invoice and $5k plus from my husband's invoice I'll update my post afterwards. I just don't want anyone to get ripped off like we did !!!

As always, my expectations were met and exceeded! My car is always serviced with pristine care. Jim the service manager is wonderful! Always a smiling face when I arrive, makes me feel welcomed and assured that my car is in great hands. I would never take my car anywhere else….
