Had fraud on checking account. Person I spoke to in person here didn’t really care. Gave me a new account. Charges were pending at the time and td corporate said if right protocols were followed and account was frozen I wouldn’t be out 1700 dollars. Went to a different branch the day after got 1k back right away because they followed protocols and got all new accounts due to the breach. Thank god the fraud didn’t continue into the following day after visiting this branch and cost me even more ! The workers at the other branch were shocked she left this happen here. Go to another local branch. Still out 700 because of the mistake now going through the fraud process dispute because of the mistake this branch made. Only reason I went to a different branch was because of the worker not caring. She at least saved me the thousand dollars because of her not caring ironically. So she did me a favor. Got a free lollipop at Least. 700 dollars for said lollipop though.

Been a client for 5y. I went in person 3-4 times for services and every time I update my phone number with a different person. Guess what number I still have confirmation messages come to? Also, as for bank associates they are hyper uneducated in money services and basically don't know anything outside the box of basic week training. Just keeping my account there as a spare one and left for Chase. Way better experience.

I am so disappointed in this TD branch. It’s evident that the people who work here are not trained in basic banking and customer service skills ( i own my own insurance and financial service agency and I would never treat my clients this way) I am closing on a home and my mortgage company needed things from my bank (not uncommon) I called 3 times to make sure what I needed was something they could help with. I was told yes and to come in. The next day I walk in and the tellers ask how they can help. I wrote down what the employee told me over the phone and read off what I was told. They were just flat out rude to me and condescending. Instead of taking my ID and looking up my information they looked at me as if I was dumb and asked me if I called The 1800 number bc they never heard of what I was looking for. I said, “no this is my branch I always call my branch and come in” he replied ok just asking but very rudely and defensive. Still they did not ask me for my ID or account number. They flat out didn’t not want to help me. They wanted me to aceept their no. When I did not accept no they called a fs associate who was nice and very helpful. If they had some customer service skills they would of looked into my accounts and saw i had 2 business accounts 2 personal accounts and my mortgage. It’s safe to say I will be moving all my money to another bank that wants my business and treats me kindly.

Great people, great hours, great service. Dont know why we have to give our card in drive thru transactions, already left it behind once, but my guess, its a corp decision.
