“So me and my girl bought 2 Genesis this month. My girl bought hers at Smithtown Genesis. This place is amazing a true Honest and respectful place! Christian Reyes is a highend sales person totally professional and very knowledgeable of the products he sells. 100 % honestly. These Things are truly missing in most dealerships. No stress no Bs nothing. The price you see on the internet is the price, no hidden fees Nothing!! I wanted to buy my car here but at the time they didn't have it. So I went to Genesis of the south shore and was ripped off for almost 7k. The Finance was straight forward no crap or sneaky nonsense.. “Best Used Car Purchase experience. I went to so many dealerships that change pricing on you. That is not that the case, this location is not commission based had multiply team members help me. Also had some maintenance lights on a low mileage vehicle basic 2nd oil change and brake fuilds were needed. They let me bring it to the bmw dealership to do it oem and covered part of the cost, wow from sale to the branch manager it was the best used car experience besides buying my telsa.
