Was not made aware that over 100 dollar rental fee was going to be sent to my acct. I am not able to order propane online for some reason. I am not able to pay online either. I will need to order a delivery very soon as I am below 25% but I can’t afford the rental fee and the propane fee. Guess I’ll pray it’s gets warm.

not even worth a star. THIEVES. Will not credit propane let in tank when removed. They steal the propane and do not credit what is left in tank.

Your company has become incompetent at best. Forced me into a corner where I had to either keep paying high rental fees for a larger tank than I needed or cancel my service and pay a ridiculously high pickup fee.I chose to cancel in March 2023. It took over two months and multiple phone calls to get the tank picked up. Each time getting the same generic responses from the overseas customer service department. I was finally informed on 4/10 that the pickup fee would be waived, and the tank was finally picked up in May.Fast forward to now and I'm still trying to get the issue resolved. I have spent hours of my time on the phone again getting the same generic responses, and no one ever follows up like they say they are going to.Your company was much better when there were actual local customer service people to deal with. It seems your new business model is to just wear people down into paying bloated fees so they don't have to deal with you anymore.
