I'd give zero if I could. I wouldn't recommend using this dealer / garage. Do so at your own and your bank accounts own risk. If you choose to use them for the love of GOD get it checked out by a 3rd party mechanic....I wish we had. Sitterly Senior swore and yelled at my daughter when she called him About the laundry list of things wrong with it when her check engine light came on the DAY AFTER she bought it and drove it back to college. Don't say you weren't warned....caveat emptor

Careful consideration should be exercised when entering into any purchase with the Sitterly collective. Initially under the impression that the vehicle purchased at this dealership was backed in good faith, until the check engine light came on literally the day after purchase. Frame rust-through was also present and should have been disclosed. It was not. What was most surprising was the usage of expletives used by the Sitterly representative when these issues were brought to their attention, who then simply hung up the phone in the middle of the conversation. There is no middle-ground with this entity, there is no negotiation. Legally, vehicles are not allowed to be sold 'as is', but effectively this is what you will get when purchasing here. Buy at your own risk and best of luck in your vehicle search!

Everyone giving 5 stars either knows him personally or it's fake accounts from the dealership.

I got a vehicle from theses people and from day 1 they were jerks. Two days after leaving the lot the muffler fell off, and they did nothing. I had a 30 day warranty and they would not honor it. You could not even talk to them. I paid like I was supposed to and got behind because of medical reasons. I have MS and a spinal cord injury. I am getting back on my feet. I have paid what I could every month. They repossessed the vehicle and when I went there to give them a payment to get the car back they locked the door. I called and Bob told me not to call, The car has cost me over 2000.00 dollars in one month just to keep it going. They swindled me and I tell everyone I know not to go there.

Nothing but helpful when we needed it. Sold us a great car. We would use their service again if needed.
