Ordered a torque wrench and never hear back with any information on shipping. No tracking number and no way to reach anyone except to leave a voicemail which doesn't get returned.

I would never purchase another item from ToolSource again after my first and last experience with them. They don't take accountability for their actions and expect the customer to take all financial responsibility for their errors. Ended up filing a complaint with the BBB to get it resolved.

So far that's all I can give. I ordered a 3/4 inch drive torch wrench in mid September. They took my money then I get an email saying they were out of stock and it was back ordered and It wouldn't be back in stock until mid November. why didn't they hold my payment and give me than chance to cancel? I had to rent one to finish a job I was in. I get no updates at all. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I supposedly purchased a "bahco" pipe wrench, which is what I wanted and instead received a "Williams" pipe wrench. Tool source listed a "Bahco" on their website. This is false advertising and very misleading to the consumer. Not recommend.....

I ordered two items that both said were in stock. I received a confirmation of my order by e-mail. I never received a shipping notice. One of the items showed up at my house a week later with the packing slip showing two items included in the shipment. I tried to call multiple times during business hours over the course of a week. I left a voicemail twice. Never heard back nor got through to anyone. I checked my account online and it says status of my order is backordered. It does not indicate which item. Next to the status of backordered it says shipped. When I clicked on the link it showed the packing slip I received with the first item same tracking number and all. I finally got a hold of a representative over the phone. They first told me the second item had shipped out. Then they said it was on backorder for another month. When I inquired about the website stating it was in stock, the representative rudely responded that it says “Usually in stock”. I’m always polite on the phone with people so I thanked them for their time and got off the phone. This was my first purchase from Toolsource.com and it will certainly be the last. Several other bad reviews confirm the poor customer service and communication.

I ordered several tools from this company back in January 2021 (order number ******) . After not receiving my tools (3 weeks later), I e-mailed their customer service department only to be told the parts were on backorder. They told me I should have received an e-mail about this but that never occurred. The excuse was that it may have ended up in my spam folder. I told them to keep the order in and asked for an ETA on the parts. They told me 2-3 weeks. I waited another month and nothing was sent. Now, after several e-mails to them for the status of the order (and now, 4 months later), no reply at all. Terrible customer service and terrible company.

I would think twice and shop around a little more before you buy from Toolsource . What I received was not the same as I purchased or was sent . The Picture showed 2 Fuel cell attached to a factory card along with the description of the product . when I received there was only one fuel cell that had been removed from the card and stuck in a small clear packing list enclosure envelope. After many attempts of trying to reach someone I finally did after a week of receiving . The final out come from Toolsource was you only get one fuel cell not even a offer to make the purchase right by sending me another fuel cell despite what was said and shown on there website and what was purchased. Not very good customer service . Luckily I paid with Pay Pal and was able to get a partial refund with the help of Pay Pal .
