I just got my car back from Vince's, and I could not be happier! It looks better than when I took it out of the showroom. The quality of work was exceptional, but that’s not the whole story. The customer service department went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly, from coordinating with my insurance company to keeping me updated at each step of the repair process. I don’t know what type of training Vince uses, but whatever it is, it works. I would recommend that every large and small business in the County not only get their repairs done at Vince's, but also try to emulate the incredible customer service they provide. “I don't know where to begin. My husband Pete and myself have been coming here for years. It all began when my husband brought his motorcycle to Miike. The work was fabulous so we decided to bring our older car which in all honesty hadn't had anything done since we bought it my bad. It needed a lot of things done to it but Mike was so nice and told me what should be done most importantly till what could wait. This would not only save me money and time but it was a huge convenience. I have never been anywhere where anyone has done that, it's always they oversell you so much stuff and they push you to get things done that you may not have needed. I have never had that issue here with Mike and he is very nice and always willing to let you stop by or bring your car in even if he's busy he'll take a few minutes and help you. My husband does a lot of the dealings with them but on the occasion that I've had to go in and either see them in person or talk to them on the phone they are really Pleasant to me and they never make me feel like a dumb woman and they never over talk me so I know exactly what it is they're talking about they take their time to explain everything.
I would give them a thousand stars if I could because you can't go wrong with these guys.

“i had gotten into a pretty bad accident and i thought my car was done for. i took it to Delarm's and because i didn't have collision insurance, they were willing to work with me to keep the price from going insane. and on top of that, the repair was excellent. if i didn't know that my car was in an accident, i certainly wouldn't guess. especially not in an accident as bad as this one was. they also guaranteed the work they did and if i had any problems, to get in touch with them. amazing job. highly recommend.”

Being the times we live in, I get without great employees in the workforce, businesses' can't give their customer's a great customer experience. BUT ... that is exactly what I am doing. Raving about this business!! Finishline Automotive Repair in Hyde Park absolutely floored me with their level of professionalism when I went into their shop. My issue (Had Nothing to do with them) was very frustrating and other shops would not help. Aiden and Chis not only helped to get my problem solved but never made me feel like it was a pain for them. (Which I know it was) They went above and beyond in my opinion and I would definitely recommend to ANYONE! Thank you Aiden and Chris, I can't say it enough!!”
