Hummingbird Ranch Country Store is a perfect, quaint, and unique country store and wonderful gift shop. It features a wide array of local products and handmade items, with a great variety of gifts from puzzles and earrings to candles and towels. The store is rightly featured as one of the best small stores in the Hudson Valley. The ranch produces its own superb, delicious, incredible, and healthy honey and bee-related products, including maple syrup. Customers highly recommend the creamed honey, noting the cinnamon and blueberry flavors are fantastic. The honey is described as delicious enough to eat off the spoon, with a noticeable difference in taste. The owners are noted as being among the nicest people you could meet, super knowledgeable and really nice. Visitors can also find a nice surprise with chili dogs for lunch. It is a store you really should visit and can't go wrong stopping by.

This store not only sells their own yummy (and healthy) honey and maple syrup products, it sells products from other local companies as well. It is also a wonderful gift shop. The owners are two of the nicest people you could meet.

My absolute favorite honey! I admit to being a honey snob and you cannot go wrong with Hummingbird Ranch. You can absolutely taste the difference and it is incredible! Such a cute store with lots of little things from earrings to candles to puzzles to towels. They also make delicious maple syrup! Six stars!!
