Almost the cheapest gas prices in the WNY area. There are three gas stations on side roads at least a quarter a gallon cheaper, but they have limited operating hours. Gail’s consists of a couple stations spread out along Saunders Settlement Road. They all have old pumps which run slowly. I always have to go inside to get the receipt as the machines are not maintained. If late at night, the stores are closed and there may be no attendant at all from which to get a receipt. There are always motorists getting gas here, regardless of the time of day. Area is serviceable, could be better lit, and is definitely ugly. I am put-off having to go into any of the stores because of their appearance… nothing inviting or tempting. Staff are not polite or friendly.

Love the late night staff, even the new guy, always nice, and one of the more inexpensive gasses. But a lot of changes in pricing all the time can be confusing.

I have gone here for 10 plus years. NEVER had a problem until today. This morning around 5:20am it began with my boyfriend going up to the window to get cigs and another man is standing there already knocking on the window as the clerk is sleeping inside. I'm at the pump I use my DEBIT card mind you not credit on my pump and only need roughly $24 in my little SUV. We leave all seems fine and we'll I check my bank statement online later on that morning Gail's charges me $74 for my gas and my car can't even HOLD $74 in gas on E!!! I call and sleepy Pete in the window tells me he can't help me because his manager isn't in until tomorrow morning. I'm livid this is TERRIBLE service. Never will I get gas here again after this smokin Joe's n Hanks ONLY! BESIDES Hank's is the cheapest anyway! They have never ONCE over charged me either!!!!

I hate places that charge more for products and services when using a credit card.
I will never shop here again. paying more for gas with a credit card , because I don't carry cash is ridiculous. lost customer for life

I'll never shop here again. they charge higher prices- especially on gas- when not paying cash. ridiculous. majority of people don't carry cash now days. I'll never shop here again

Used to do cash for diesel but last few times didn't get my discount unfortunately even after going into cashier 1st then walk back and forth from back so gave up and uses card.

Great for all your gas and vaping needs they even have a sick barbecue place to the right of the property you should check out delicious half rack ribs and potato salad think it's about $24

I was sold the wrong vap and wanted to exchange before I left the store. The "manager" would not exchange it for the correct one. Her excuse was that she couldn't fix the $2 price difference in the register.

Gail’s is ok on the main rd RT 31, but less than a mile away is Mikes gas/store, gas price $2.65, while Gail’s is $3.20. Bought on 9/23/2024
