Too many of the employess go blank and if you are on the phone, transfer you; or if you are in person, they are unable to do much.The new upgrade to the banking site is a plus and that was the only way I found out that a CD I purchased had matured earlier in the year. The bank in general has much room for improvement.”

“For those wondering - yes, this is the closest NFCU branch to the city, and no, you do not have to be a member of the military to access the branch. When you get to the entrance gate for the USMMA campus, the guard will let you in with a valid driver's license (and possible proof of NFCU membership, but I was not asked for this).There was no wait on a Thursday morning and the staff was very friendly/helpful.”

“The best little part time branch (only open Thursday, Friday and Saturday) of the best little Federal Credit Union you've never heard of. I've been an account holder forever, usually doing my banking at the main branch in Manhattan. But Covid-19 has made me avoid the trains, so I've been driving out to this branch on Saturdays. This FCU always offers the highest yields for CDs and money market accounts than all the major banks combined. Loan rates are always reasonable. A overlooked gem in the banking world.”

“Yes, it's only an ATM location in the lobby of a hospital, but I feel much safer withdrawing cash from it. There are (2) ATMs. There is a hospital security officer stationed in that lobby vs using an isolated ATM location.”
