In fact, any issues I had were with FNBLI itself, in spite of Marco being absolutely wonderful. When I started my mortgage application, I didn't hear back from FNBLI for a week, and actually had to email them to get a follow up. The appraisers they hired and the law firm they retained were both fine. But there was definitely more back and forth/confusion than there needed to be.
