“During a recent trip to Saranac Lake, our camper axle unexpectedly broke, leaving us stranded and unsure where to turn. A DEC officer kindly pointed us toward nearby repair options, as we weren’t familiar with any local mechanics. By grace, Madden’s Garage was just one minute away.
Despite being extremely busy, the team at Madden’s Garage was welcoming, helpful, and genuinely accommodating. Mr. Madden went above and beyond—allowing us to keep our disabled camper on his property while a replacement axle was shipped all the way from the Rockwood plant in Indiana.
Once the part arrived, the repairs were completed quickly and at a more-than-reasonable cost. We were never charged a storage fee, and every interaction was marked by professionalism and kindness.
