Had an excellent experience at this branch. Appointment time was spot on, banker was extremely helpful and was able to address all my concerns quickly and efficiently. Will continue to patronize this location. There is parking to the back of the building as well.

I try not to go into the Saratoga Springs branch oftenbecause they are Always understaffed and I'm never acknowledged. While needlessly waiting it was finally my turn..i hear " next"..like im at a deli counter. Almost every one that works there is indifferent. And no one has authority at the teller windows. I'm looking for a new bank. Get it together !

They are absolutely rude!! You go in and wait in the business line for a business transaction, meanwhile there’s 5 employees working and NOT ONE acknowledges you. Waited in line 10 mins just to have them tell me that I had to drop my deposit in the night box because they wouldn’t take it! And then the line to the drop box is all the way to the entrance, so you can’t EVER get through and no on street parking (which isn’t their fault) BUT STILL BAD EXPERIENCE!!

As far as banks go, this BoA branch is a clear five stars based on location, access and the amazing staff. They were just outstanding. I was travelling and needed to send out a couple of checks... The only problem was that I did not bring a checkbook, envelopes or stamps. The lovely, incredible Dina took care of us. I explained what I needed and in just minutes she created the two checks that we needed and even put them in envelopes, all with a smile on her face. When she saw that it was going to Kiwanisk she proceeded to tell me the story of how one of our Kiwanis clubs helped her family May not seem like a big deal but her ability to meet, greet and speak with customers was wonderful. I let the bank manager know our wonderful experience here and just how impressed we were with her branch. It was a short walk to he post office were we finished our task.KUDOs to the team at BoA in Saratoga Springs!!!

Bank is not attended with decision makers it's staffed by people that deposit your check mobile on a tablet throw holds on checks for long time clients and over all give poor service.If your even thinking about using this bank think again.

Hands down worst bank always understaffed so it always takes forever just sat in line with only two people ahead of me for over 25 mins . And it’s only the Saratoga branch absolutely ridiculous

The past 5 times I have been to the drive up atm, it waits for you to enter all of your information just to tell you it can’t dispense money.

The parking attendant basically lives in his little shed. That part is fine. What isn't fine is that he blares loud music beginning as early as 7am on weekdays waking up nearby tenants. Have some respect for people sleeping still.

Worst customer service that I've ever seen!! I opened a checking account two months ago & due to their lack of a caring staff I still don't have any checks for my account! Staff didn't return phone calls, can't get their staff to answer a phone! ATM's are a joke the only bank I've ever seen were you can't use an ATM from your vehicle!
