“This branch helped me a lot especially since I didn’t understand withdrawal slips, helped me fill it out and where to get them. The tellers were very nice, managers were also helpful when they weren’t assisting someone else.”
“Very friendly, I had to drive from MA to get a special medallion signature stamp. It was quick and easy. This is why I keep and use Navy Federal as my primary bank. Thanks to their amazing team! Just a note this branch is on a base with an unmanned gate. I'd suggest having proper ID just in case.”

“As far as banks go, this BoA branch is a clear five stars based on location, access and the amazing staff. They were just outstanding. I was travelling and needed to send out a couple of checks... The only problem was that I did not bring a checkbook, envelopes or stamps. The lovely, incredible Dina took care of us. I explained what I needed and in just minutes she created the two checks that we needed and even put them in envelopes, all with a smile on her face. When she saw that it was going to Kiwanisk she proceeded to tell me the story of how one of our Kiwanis clubs helped her family May not seem like a big deal but her ability to meet, greet and speak with customers was wonderful. I let the bank manager know our wonderful experience here and just how impressed we were with her branch. “A very, very good banking experience. It has a nice, warm, yet professional, vibe inside. But Lead Teller Alisha Miller was particularly helpful. It is never easy to go into a new bank, where you have no account, and ask for a favor of sorts (I was wanting to cash a check drawn off of the bank). Yet Alisha was very welcoming and most helpful. She was warm and related while also being professional and efficient. I can only hope that one day she becomes a consultant, helping the other banks I have had to do business with over the years learn how to embody her combination of individualized friendliness with financial professionalism.”

In concise way she explained to me the product and all what I need to know, straight to the point. And it was just the beginning. Throughout the whole process I received from Bank of America exceptionally caring and responsive interactions. I tried to apply in several other popular institutions (including highly regarded Leader Bank), but for one or another reason I wasn't able to succeed.
