They SUCK. They take money off your Credit card that exceeds the total amount. Saying its for special requests and substitutions, then put it back on Your card later. Yeah ? When ?? They give You no option on this when You order online and pick-up. Is this even legal ?? They say it's their Policy ??? I think they had better inform their members.

Doing tires at BJ's for years, always quality and fast service with an appointment.

I've been a member of this club on and off for more than 15 years. During 2020-2021, supply chain issues were everywhere but BJ's was regularly worse than any place else. It's still unreliable for many basic stock items. I made the mistake a few times believing that the "in stock" status on the website was accurate and wasted much time and gas shopping for nothing. So I tried speaking to a customer service prior to making trips figuring they could check their current stock. That method has been a repeated bust also. Verbal confirmation of "in stock" was often wrong. They also don't know what's on the shelf 30 feet away and aren't willing to make an effort to check. So I get that it's tough times but a little trying would go a long way towards keeping me as a member.

None that I do not recommend! Today at the customer desk---I had 3 returns, and after saying my sad sad story-the girl was very apologetic, and afterwards she recommended another laptop for me. I prefer DELL, but we shall see how this works......BOTTOM LINE---She was extremely nice and efficient with my situation. Nice glasses also! A+

I went on a wednesday afternoon looking for new home phones and after looking through whole store with no one to help I asked someone who didnt seem interested in helping and was told " If they aren't in those first 3 rows we don't have any!!! Ahh ok! Finally going up to the register there was 1 cashier and about 6 self pay ... 3 times someone had to scan my temporary card, had to help because it would' take my coupons and it said I had to get back in line to buy my gift certificate I will now be going back to Sams club untill this store gets back to normal!!

Poor member service! When I had an issue with an order placed through the app to be picked up in store, the member service desk told me I needed to call a member service phone number. Nothing like standing at “member service” being told you need to call member service.

Just wish there was a zero stars option!!I was "visiting"!this store from out of town because there wasn't a Costco! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I signed up online for a one day guest pass and when I got to customer service they said "you can't do that online"! So then I asked how to get a guest pass ans she proceeded to continue to tell me I couldn't do online...I said that's fine just tell me what I need to do now! She wanted to argue about the online option -so I showed her where exactly it said to sign up! So rude-I left

Good for local bulk sale, but it's your own risk for ordering delivery. They have no quality or controls in their deliveries. They contract out and guess what? The contractor has more control than bj's. Bj's sent email stating a delivery and then the contractor called me and said bj's doesn't control the delivery schedule. . .so why would bj's feel like they have to contradict the contractor? Well, neither one could fulfill my order for the 2 different dates. Talking with customer service was like talking to people that don't understand how to answer questions. Its was all about empathizing and sympathizing, but no answers on when they plan finding and delivering my order. Well, needless to say I wasted 2 hours of my life talking to 5 different agents that couldn't get any answers. I didn't bite to hard into them except the guy who couldn't speak English that well or spell or annunciate for understanding. Everything had to be repeated or talk slower. Dude, get a clue. Jobs on the phone require fast interpretation and clear understanding of the customer's wants. And finally got the 2nd half of my order 5 days late. Garbage. Well, liberal business practices with little oversight will get less business. Sam's has better selection, and they get deliveries right.

I am writing to express my concern about my experience at BJ's this afternoon. While I was cashing out at the register, there was a customer in line without a facial covering/ mask. I asked the customer service representative at the front desk to please address the issue. The other customer sited that she had a medical reason for not wearing a mask. The customer then looked at me and started to laugh. It was obvious there was no medical condition as she was laughing and carrying on with the other person she was with that was cashing out. The customer service representative then returned to me and told me I could leave the store if I was uncomfortable, stating that due to HEPA laws the other shopper had a right to shop without a mask or facial covering on. The other customer was amused and began smirking, mocking, and laughing at me. After I cashed out, I asked to speak to a manager and instead of listening to my fear and concerns, he told me to leave the store and that he was following the Governor's guidance. I am so appalled and dissatisfied with your staff and expect better treatment especially since there are signs at the store entrance that state ALL customers must wear a mask/facial covering. According to your webpage, it states that the health and safety of your members is your top priority. It also states that those who have concerns with wearing a facial covering can shop on-line, through your mobile app. or home delivery service. There was no reason this customer couldn't utilize anyone of those options in order to ensure a safe shopping environment for customers. She also could have waited in her car with the infant as she was just standing in line holding the baby while the other person was cashing out. I should not have to risk exposure to COVID because some individuals refuse to wear a mask. I am outraged that I was asked to leave when I was in compliance, wearing a K95 mask. Bj's staff was so rude to me. It is obvious that they do not care about the health and well being of it's customers and our community.

Weird manager. Not a people person and defensive. Makes accusations of mistrust without merit but based on previous experiences so it seems. Behaves cowardly despite innuendos he throws around. Watch out for this guy. I wouldn't have him manage may cat not to mention a business. He belongs working with non liviing things.

Saratoga springs was clean, helpful downloading their coupon app, explaining it to me, and they were not crowded like all the other ones I've been in. 5 stars.

This store is in DESPERATE NEED of a major overhaul of personnel. It's so bad that on multiple occasions I thought maybe it was a joke. No joke, just horrendous customer service. 2 young women / bullies on the front end today at 4pm were so outrageously unprofessional, they should be fired. I was literally afraid they were going to gang up & jump me! A simple request for tape for the ground coffee open bags turned into 2 20-somethings literally giving me threatening dirty looks & very nasty commentary. I asked for the manager & was told he left for the day. Another visit I needed help lifting multiple 50lb containers of calcium chloride. There was a young man who referred me to a 60+ year old woman down a different isle for help. Really?! The younger folks in this store NEED TRAINING 101. There's 1 exception- around Christmastime, I was looking for something & asked a young woman in the bakery if she knew where I could find the item I was looking for- she went out of her way to help me.

I went to BJ’s tire center in Wilton 2 days ago. I charged 4 tires for my truck for $504. They were Cooper tires at a good price. There was a very nice young man waiting on me. It was his 2nd sale ever and he had no supervision and no one to help him. He had a hard time Today I received a call telling me they no longer can get those tires. He said they could get Cooper tires but they would be more than double the price I asked him to refund my credit card. He informed me that I needed to drive back there to sign for the refund. I did drive there today and I told the clerk inside the store that I was not happy and she explained that they were working on a solution to get help for him. She said that he made a mistake and he didn’t know better. I ran a business for over 30 years and if I ran it like this I would be out of business.
