Really nice park in the middle of Saratoga Springs. A good place to get away from the street life of the city and feel like you're in that country with a break. There's very nice statuary and ponds. Of course there are fountains where to drink the mineral water. Plenty of branches to relax on and people watch.

One of my favorite places! I went for second Sunday market this time and it was fun. Love spit and spat love the ducks love the beautiful carousel. Love Congress park
