I had an emergency need of a rental car and the staff went above and beyond to get me taken care of with no notice, an unbelievably reasonable price, flexible return date, and all with no waiting. This is my second urgent need for a rental in the past month and both experiences were the same, 100% satisfaction. Thank you Enterprise

Good experience overall. Staff friendly and quick to help out. The only thing I had an issue with was that we forgot to flip open the E-Z pass and they charged us over $31 for tolls, instead of the $2 it should have been.

Saratoga Springs Enterprise is always great. I rent a few times a year and they are always quick with getting me in and out. Last time I had to keep extending my rental it is was so hassle free. Great employees at this location. Thank You

I recently rented a car while mine was in the shop and I needed to go out of state as well. While on my drive, I noticed that the back tire had a bulge. I called Enterprise. They made me drive 1.5 hours BACKWARDS, on a spare, to go pick up a new rental because nowhere closer had another car or even someone to bring and trade the car. What should have been a 5 hour drive, turned into 12! I should have been able to change the spare myself, but Enterprise removed all of the tools from the vehicles.Their "kind" gesture was that I only needed to return the new rental with half a tank, rather than a full tank "for my troubles". And then wants to CHARGE me for the road side assistance? After you sent me on my way with a shoddy tire and no tools to put the spare on myself? Thanks but no thanks. Keep my deposit. You're not getting another cent. My business is going elsewhere from now on ✌️ You sure didn't "build" this ex customer's trust!

I needed a rental car when my vehicle was being repaired at an auto body repair shop. Enterprise delivered a vehicle for me at the auto body shop and picked the rental vehicle up when repairs completed. Staff was very professional and on time. I was very pleased with Enterprise service

Great experience with Enterprise from beginning to end. We rented our car in Saratoga Springs, NY. Enterprise picked us up at our hotel, and the booking was fast and efficient. The only glitch was that the Sirius XM we had paid for wasn't working. But a quick phone call to the Saratoga office fixed that. We returned the car in Boston the next week. I called the office where we were to return the car. The agent said our Boston hotel wasn't within their free-ride "zone," but she patched me through to another Enterprise office that was closer. I want to particularly recognize Mark McCormick, the intern on duty that day, who drove us to our Boston hotel, and was so courteous, good-natured and helpful.

Although they were crazy busy, they were very patient. We weren't prepared due to the fact we were getting the rental through an insurance company because of an accident.Very professional and helpful in getting us in a vehicle. Dave went the extra mile to get us on our way.I am trusting when the time comes to return the vehicle, we are treated in the same manor.

Where to start with this experience... I had been rear ended in my 21 Blazer RS resulting in damages that required repair down the road at Coles Collision. Prior to dropping my car off I had scheduled a date and time with my insurance rep to get a car for my drop off day. Shortly after I received a voice-mail from Enterprise asking for me to call back to confirm my rental again...I called Enterprise back about this and they stated they were unsure who had called me. I then again gave them all the info for the date, time and location I needed the rental. I arrive the day of drop off at the repair shop and the receptionist asked me if Enterprise got a hold of me as someone has not been able to get ahold of me. I said...nope. Nobody had attempted to call me once or even try emailing me. The receptionist at the repair shop stated there was no vehicle prepared for me as one was not scheduled... The receptionist texted the Enterprise Agent to let them know I had arrived and needed my a vehicle. About 10min pass and the Enterprise Agent arrived in dented up Jeep Compass. From my personal experience most rentals equal or surpass the value of what you are getting worked on. I had the insurance to cover it as well but still got rented a Jeep Compass that hardly has anything comparable to what my car had. If anything I did not even get an option of what I wanted. Below is a picture of the bug I named "Dashboard Larry" that arrived in my new ride for the next 30 days accompanied by a very out dated oil sticker from last year (not to mention the smell of cigarettes and old leather). Fast forward. During the 30 days I had my rental I was called multiple times by Enterprise (I only knew because I called the anonymous number back) and did not leave any messages. Of all the times I was called where I DID receive a voice-mail was to make sure I knew when the car was due back by. Unfortunately this review and experience will not change anything as there is no "accommodation" that can be provided to me for a service like this. This review is intended for anyone who works at Enterprise to know I am deeply disappointed in the lack of care on their part.

I rented a full size car for my business trip to TN. They gave me a free upgrade to an Audi Q5, which was appreciated, on such a long drive.Quick pickup. I was in and out in less than 10mins. Great overall experience.
