“Decided on four stars but it's really five stars for the care and one for the front desk as of late. We've been patients here for 16 years. My kids have seen Dr B since they were infants and I've seen Dr Gaylord for years...both are great, good listeners and follow up appropriately.
One of the front desk is incredibly difficult to deal with...why they put someone with no people skills in that position is puzzling. Stephanie at the front desk is fantastic and I wish I knew the name of the problematic staff member. The smallest inconveniences seem to annoy her and she'll brush you off.”
