“I originally ordered the cross stitched hoodie in large and I was VERY PLEASANTLY surprised when I received a call to inform me the size had just sold out.
I asked if I could substitute the Dark Horse book package with the plushie and the lady (sorry I forgot her name!) was DELIGHTED to send it to me.
