“Battleground Fitness is a 10/10 gym! I have been a member for almost one year and this is the longest I have ever stuck with a gym/fitness class. Reba, Kenny, and Stephen are all amazing and qualified coaches that really care about each of their members. They are aware of any injuries or concerns you may have & are there to help you workout safely, and they always provide alternative movements too. The atmosphere is so fun and welcoming, which can be hard to find in a gym setting. I used to look for a ‘quick fix’ or have an ‘all or nothing’ mindset with going to the gym, but that has changed since joining Battleground.”
“We went for our son’s 8th birthday. We had 26 kids there for obstacle course, dodgeball, tug-o-war, knockout and sled pushing. The Max Level team took great care of us. If you are looking for a place for a kids birthday this is a great option.”

“I absolutely love this facility.I feel welcome here and love the low key atmosphere.Nick and Mike always go out of their way to say hi and chat a bit. Lindsey is very sweet and always available if you have a question.I never have to wait for a machine and I don't feel intimidated or judged in any way.The facility is so well maintained. Everything one could wish for a good workout is available.I highly recommend Saratoga Health and Wellness Center to anyone who would like to exercise but is timid about joining a gym.I just renewed my membership and look forward to my workout sessions at this very special and unique wellness center.Maryann”

“The pool was large and clean. I was surprised at the amount of seating space to watch the events. The area was long and small with bench seating. Visibility was good unless they were in lane 1. Great lighting and the scoreboard was great too. People were nice and the building was in great shape.”
“Great place to go to! They update it often, the staff are usually friendly! It can get crowded at times around 4-5, but still a good place.The loss of one star is for: the water filters they are rarely replaced, or staff does not know how to. Also the men’s locker room can get pretty “musty””
