I brought my Lexus RX350 here after a hail storm. We were given a 9k estimate. We dropped our car off and instantly the estimate goes up to 14500 dollars [insurance claim] Thats a disscusion for another post.
We pick up our lexus and theres a list of issues and new damage done by them. ***Most unbelievably are car was broken into while it was here_--why you ask? They left the light on locked the keys in the car then pryed it open and scratched the paint off the door edge very apparent. Also the windshield washer doesnt work and wasnt hooked up correctly!
The interior is covered in dirt and grease including the headliner/dash/seats on a beige interior. The cover of the side curtain air bag has a broken clip and wont snap back on. All of the ceiling grab handles have pry marks all over them.
On the outside of the car the roof rails/rack are on wierd in a new place. There was a hot gun left next to a plastic trim piece that melted in to it and left glue on it. Scratches and black rubber rub marks most likely from people leaning on the car. So my wife called upset and was hung up on when she said can i talk to the manager.
I called back the next day and brought my car back. I met manager Mike the manager is like yea thats all us sorry. Ill get it fixed up. He orders handles kind of snaps on the air bag cover a little better. I was told to take my car and Mike said he would call when he got the handles, and provide me a rental car within a few days. Its been a month i cant get through to Mike and he certainly didnt call me like he said he would. Theres no excuse for this, they took $14500 dollars which is an insane price then did a sloppy job. Caliber did an excellent job replacing bumpers and touching up paint where necessary. It was done before the projected date and they even cleaned the inside of my car! I heartily recommend them! Excellent service!

I beat up my poor car pretty good running into a retaining wall. After years of back and forth with my insurance company they finally agreed to fix the damage and sent me to Caliber Collision. I am ecstatic with the results! My cute little car looks like the day I drove it off the lot. Not only did they fix the damage I did, but the staff was so amazing. They kept me in the loop every step of the way. I recommend them to anyone looking to get repairs done to their vehicle.

Caliber Collision repaired my car and returned it earlier than scheduled. They also did a fantastic job vacuum the car, wash the exterior of the car and shine the tyres! When I take my BMW to S. Albany for service, they don't bother to do any of these...They will bring a dirty car back every time...no comparison to your wonderful service!

I had a 10 out of 10 experience with the Caliber team. Every single employee I encountered was kind. They went above and beyond to make sure I understood my car’s repairs and kept me updated every step of the way. I was originally given a timeline estimate of “at least a week” but to my surprise, my car was ready to go after only 2 days! They did immaculate work and I could not be happier.

Body work looks great. However finishing is something that needs more attention, as my car had decent amount of over spray on windshield and lights on vehical. Along with new ding/scratch on hatch
