I was in a jam with an E-bike I purchased out of NYC. Nothing whatsoever to do with J & J Auto. Then the charger went bad. I tried calling the manufacturer and got nothing but dead air trying to find a human being that actually able to give me some direction finding a new, and very proprietary, charger.Just wasn't going to happen. Then I happened to come across J & J Auto who is a dealer for OKAI. This was mid-afternoon Wednesday. I got John on the phone who took an immediate interest in helping me and doing it correctly. He located his distributor and got a live human being on the phone who John worked and got something happening. The distributor would not commit to John a next day delivery. Only that it would be delivered either Thursday or Friday. As I was looking for John's phone number on Thursday morning in walked UPS with the charger John had order late Wednesday afternoon from California.Thank you John for caring about customer service. You didn't know me from a hole in the wall. But you cared enough to make this happen with very little compensation to your own business. So if you are a potential customer of J & J reading this wondering whether you want to do business with J & J, don't hesitate. I read a handful of some negative reviews about J & J. Truth is that rarely do people who are very satisfied take the time to leave the positive reviews. That's unfortunate. The negatives are usually unhappy because of extenuating circumstances that don't tell the whole story and are one sided. Or they are a "Karen" or a "Kevin".I'm a Kevin by birth. Not a wingy whiney "Kevin". And I would highly recommend J & J and John any day of the week.Thank you again John. Nice working with you. Color me a very satisfied customer of yours. I know who I can work with regarding my OKAI E-Bike.Best Regards.

This has been updated...see the first paragraph, and please don't miss the second....I feel just baffled by this bait and switch....John Brennan of J & J Enterprise went above and beyond to ensure a smooth purchase after my move from Wisconsin. This included touching base with me prior to the move to provide me a DMV list of required documentation to have handy among my sea of boxes. When I arrived, the car was in even better condition than pictured on the site, due to some excellent handiwork he provided. I was more than pleased. In addition, he did not allow the Covid restrictions to thwart the sale. He conscientiously waited in line at DMV to ensure a quick turnaround. John is authentic and a great businessman. The warranty provided was above and beyond any competitor. I recommend John and J&J without hesitation or reservation.I have to update this review to add some serious downsides to my purchase: within a month the emissions light came on and then I found that the oil light kept coming on...but saw no puddle under the car when parked...had to keep a 5 quart container of oil in the car...the mechanics found the leak but it was coming out when it was warm while driving...after a year, just after the warranty, the radiator just cracked open...so after paying 12K for the car, I had to pay $3700 for the mechanics to rebuild the motor. I would actually never ever buy a car from this establishment again.

I have sent several requests for inforation on a couple of the UTV side by side vehicles & have NEVER received a response!! If this is the way they treat perspective customers, then I will never do business with them. I will also tell everyone I know NEVER to do business with them either. Their customer service is TERRIBLE

Dealer for Hisun UTVs - prices are above manufacturer MSRP, when discussing with the sales staff their response was 'whatever' I think their customer service speaks for itself.

My father had extremely bad credit, and no dealer would work with him as they wanted outrageous money. After finding a beautiful f150, john helped my father get approval and he took the truck home. After 2 years besides regular maintenance we've never had a issue. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic place, especially if you'd like to get a four-wheeler or some type of ATV for your younger person.

So, I was advised by a lawyer to post this experience in conjunction with reporting this dealer to the BBB. I purchased a car in October 2017 from J&J Auto. He never told me about a recall for a part of my vehicle. (Which I just found out about now at my inspection) Said recall was from February 2017. There is nothing in the paperwork he gave me that shows me this recall. Nor did I see it in any paperwork reviewed about the car itself prior to purchase. He also sold me a vehicle that didn't have the oil plug inserted correctly. This caused the plug to eventually dislodge and caused engine failure at about 2900 miles after purchase, which was 8 months after I bought the car. (Yes, I barely drive and had been checking/maintaining my oil regularly) The plug fell out on the Mass Pike in July and was followed by an oil slick on the tow bed to rival the Hudson River. He also decided to use non synthetic oil rather than the manufacturer suggestion of full synthetic, but told me it was non synthetic and then blamed me in writing for these issues. Warranty did not cover this because the plug falling out was a maintenance issue, and insurance did not either because there was not an accident. 3 local mechanics have also made it clear that he is not a reputable car dealer, and that I am not culpable for these events. I will never trust a small car dealership again.
