Bob was great! He had a great personality and was very helpful. We actually went to another sleep center 1st and we were just shopping around. But after meeting Bob, we bought a mattress right on the spot. Justin was also very helpful with the sale as he was training Bob.Thanks guys! If I know anyone needing a mattress...I will definitely send them your way!

Kelley was very helpful and made the whole process very easy and quick. She was pretty informative with telling me what to expect next and how to find directions to set up my adjustable base as well as set up a delivery.

Great place to go for a mattress.Tammy and Justin really go out of their way to help and find the right mattress for you. I gave them a 5 star ?. But they really should have a 10 star ?. Seriously looking for a mattress, save yourselves the headache and just go to mattress firm.

Dynia carefully& intelligently explained the specs & differences of various mattresses carried by Matress Firm. She asked questions on our experience with the mattress we now have. We had lots of time to try out the various styles and we settled on one that we feel suits our need. The process has gone smoothly including our purchase.

We had a warranty claim on a mattress previously purchased. The store manager/ Justin was extremely helpful guiding us through the warranty process and choosing a new mattress that was best for us. We visited several Mattress Firm store in our hunt for the right mattress. Some models were in one store but not another’s. All the sales associates we encountered were helpful and knowledgeable. A special thanks to Holly in the Clifton Park store for the time she spent with us.

Staff was remarkable. Patient not pushy and very knowledgeable.Selection was good. Sampling different pillows with the beds,made the sale. I bought the pillow. I recommend this store.

My experience with Mattress Firm was great!! The staff were so patient and helpful as I had to text them a lot of questions and ask for pictures of different beds.The bed ended up being just what my friend wanted and she was thrilled! =)She said the delivery guys were really friendly and helpful too.I highly recommend Matress Firm!

The sales guy, Richard Olender spent a great deal of time with us as we searched for a bed that would be more comfortable for my young niece who lives with us who's experiencing health/pain issues. He was very polite and thoughtful, helping us select an option that will work perfectly for her. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. 10/10 recommend
