“I absolutely love this store and got EXCELLENT customer service from Shelby! I bought my first cowboy hat here on my birthday and she wrote this sweet note and dropped it in my shopping bag. I was so impressed with their selection and how they helped me navigate choosing the best hat for me. This is a great place for locals or those visiting! I’d definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a curated, fun, and friendly western store!! I will be back to shop more!”
“We have shopped at the Saratoga store for years. I find all of my work attire needs from socks to suits at JAB. Frank and Alexa are confident, extremely competent and most importantly, fun to interact with. No matter how busy they might be on any given Saturday afternoon, they make and take their time to ensure customer’s needs are met. Most recently, Frank and Alexa helped select my wedding suit and it was tailored perfectly. I’ve had multiple items measured by staff at JAB for tailoring purposes, and most often times they come out perfect.
Alexa gets a 5 star review. Frank gets 4.9/5 only because he is a New York Yankees fan. Sorry Frank!
