RESPONSE TO OWNER: Pretty pathetic response given what has happened. My Wife was pulled over and recieved a ticket for expired inspection. Kind of weird seeing as how I have a receipt stating her car was inspected by you guys the day this review was posted. Oh yeah that's right,you guys never put the sticker on or inspected it. Ya sure did charge me for it though. Now I have a ticket to pay for due to your incompotenceUPDATE ADDED: Come to find out i was also charged for an inspection that was never completed and never put the new sticker on my car. Some how that was also "forgotten". Complete incompotence at this location. I will never take my vehicle to monro tire on south broadway again. I've been bringing both of my vehicles to monro for years. But this was the final straw. Brought my wife's car in Saturday at 1230pm for 4 new tires. Was told the tires were in stock and they'd have it done by the end of the day (drop off). The days ends with no phone call (I know they were busy so no big deal, i understand). Sunday comes around, I recieve a call at 11am stating they don't even have my tires in stock. After dealing with the new store manager, we were able to find better tires and he matched the price of the original ones I picked out. All good, no big deal. I was told they were putting it on a lift and it'd be done by 1pm. They call at 4:30 pm and said the car is done but they close at 5 so we would need to get there within 15 minutes because they close their registers out. I love 35 minutes away so that wasn't possible. Monday I have to work. They call my wife at 10am wondering why she didn't pick the car up yet and that their parking lot is small and they need the car out of there. Which had they done the job when they originally told me it'd be done (saturday) the car would've been picked up that day. But since I work Monday they had to wait until I got out of work so I could bring my wife to grab her car. I get there at 530 pm to get the car. They have the audacity to give me grief for paying in cash. Being told "you're really going to make me run to the bank?" With an attitude. They then said "I told your wife we would prefer card". Oh well, not my problem, cash is what I had so deal with it. I've never seen such unprofessionalism in my life. Never again.

Great place! They got me in when no one else would. Had to special order a filter for me…. They was friendly and helpful. And service was done quickly.

Something is very wrong with this business.Problem 1:I scheduled an appointment for Saturday 1/22/24 at 11am to repair our breaks. Walked in at 11am with my wife (who was my ride back) and 1 year old baby. The guy at the desk seemed upset and then he explained that there were no mechanics. Imagine my surprise, walking into a mechanic shop and being told there are no mechanics lol. I asked why they didn't notify us, since I made an appointment. He said he tried to call, but I didn't leave a phone number. That was a lie, I checked my email confirmation and I provided both a phone number and email address when I made the appointment online. I asked when we could come back and he told us to come in the next day (Sunday) between 9-10am.Problem 2:Me, my wife and 1 year old baby show up the next day, Sunday 1/23/24 at 9:30am to drop the car off. I walked in and went to the desk and the man at the desk tells me to give him a "few minutes". So now me, my wife and 1 year old are sitting there waiting and all I need to do is drop the car off. He kept us waiting for 15 minutes, so I went back up to the desk and he said to give him a "few minutes" again, so I continued to wait. About 10 minutes later, after waiting almost a half hour to drop our car off, a new customer walks in, goes to the desk, the man at the desk takes his info and keys and gives him an estimate and time to pick the car up as me and my wife are sitting there watching. At that point my wife goes up to the desk and tells him we've been waiting for a half hour and he just took care of a customer ahead of us. The man at the desk tells her to give him a "few minutes" for a third time. At that point I was so upset, I told my wife we needed to leave so the situation didn't escalate.Problem 3:This whole situation left us on a Sunday with nowhere else to take the car because the rest of the shops were closed. So our entire weekend was basically wasted by this business and we never got our breaks serviced.I don't think there's ever an excuse to treat a customer this irresponsibly or disrespectfully.

I called around to different garages for an estimate on tires. Some places were rude and acted like I was bothering them. Monro on South Broadway was polite and friendly and the price was about the same as the other places. I looked at the reviews online and booked the service. They were nice, quick and competent which is what I am looking for. Tires are expensive everywhere so I want to go to a garage I can trust and who will treat me well. They were great.

Their warranty on exhausts covers the mufflers and nothing else. I had an exhaust put on my Nissan and in 2 years it failed in 2 places.They used zero exhaust hangers for the mid part of the exhaust causing the pipe to flex at the hangers. Rediculous.

This shop has caused thousands of dollars of damage to my vehicle and refuses to refund me. they caused me to lose the brakes on my vehicle twice after they serviced it on top of breaking thousands of dollars in brake line components and fuel line components which could have caused me to crash my vehicle, kill somebody or set my entire vehicle on fire. stay away from this entire chain.UPDATE Response to customer service comment... I already called you people you gave me the run around for 2 months and you told me your not gonna refund my money for all the damages.If you wanna handle this civil ill give you 7 biz days to respond. 11/6/23 startYou want more info talk to your managerTeresa. Or your Travelers insurance rep that already came out. And listen to all the recorded phone calls and look at all the emails with all the repair receipts and my emails of what you people did 2 my vechicle.. its over 3 thousand dollars in damages.

Very courteous and accommodating place! My vehicle had to be towed because of a broken ball joint and axel, and the service at Monroe was second to none. They got my car in the night it happened and was back on the road in 2 days.

Mike and the rest of the team at Monro are incredibly helpful. We’ve been bringing our cars here for several years now. They always make time for us and they are honest and clear about the work that needs to be done and don’t try to oversell us on stuff we don’t need, which I really appreciate! Thanks for the great service and for checking over our new-to-us truck to make sure it’s safe!

Going back home from a trip to the US. Was faced with a flat tire and had to buy a it from this location. The employee at the front desk, told me he couldn’t help with a tire change, but could give us a new tire. When we checked the time, we realized that he couldn’t change the tire because it was time to close. Thanks to the other Monro, a man named Trevor was very gracious to help and stayed extra after closing. To be honest a mechanic should be willing to help out people with car issues especially when those people are crossing the boarder. Not very professional of him.

Don't bother making a appointment online as they will not honor it. Made an appointment ahead of time for inspection. Then when arrived, was informed there was no one to inspect my vehicle and then appointments on website never work. If website doesn't work then get rid of the website. Total disregard for customer satisfaction.
