Night and day difference with the new service staff. Pleasant, helpful, timely. Amazing change! They even walk through the waiting area multiple times asking if you need a drink or snack. Can't say enough good things!

Nick was amazing throughout the whole process. I knew what I wanted and he listened, cared, and understood. He was also honest. Because he was patient with me I ended up leaving with the exact truck that I wanted for so long. I will be forever grateful for him! My 2024 Tundra is absolutely beautiful and I couldn’t be happier!

The overall experience was pleasant. The sales and financial team worked to get our number in a place for us to get the car. The salesman, was great. My only concern was the lack of time he took with us to help us understand the features of the car. The financial manager just wanted the sales closed to capture the end of month quotas. I asked for a shirt, since I was a 1st time buyer of a Toyota, they gave me nada. I’ve gotten emails from Toyota corporate, but not one email or phone from New Country, to me when you spend 58k on a vehicle, someone should call and check in.

Caveat Emptor. Buyer Beware. See car in person first. Scrutinize selling agent. Everything seemed great with my recent purchase of a Certified Pre-Owned 2021 Corolla Hatchback. I had been looking all over for this particular model, and this one seemed to check every box. The agent, Lee Garrand, was very supportive leading up to the purchase, which I had to make sight unseen due to it being somewhat far from where I live. He mentioned that there had been a small accident at one point, but that the insignificant dent was fully repaired and unnoticeable. This helped me feel that New Country Toyota was a trustworthy institution and I felt OK about purchasing the car before seeing it in person. I wish the dealership had been as honest about the interior condition of the car as the exterior. It was never shared with me that the previous owner had been smoking cigarettes in the car. Upon arrival, when Lee was showing me the car (which was already purchased) I opened the door to find a cigarette burn in the passenger seat. I expressed my disappointment, and Lee just said "Yeah I just noticed that this morning. You can have it fixed somewhere for $50." I wish I had taken greater pause at this moment, but it felt too late to make a fuss. The car smelled like new when I purchased it, but within a couple weeks when the deodorizer began to wear off, I and my passengers began noticing the distinct smell of old musty cigarette smoke. On multiple occasions, I have been asked by friends and coworkers if I had been smoking cigarettes in my brand new car (It would have surprised them greatly). This really bothered me, and I reached out to Lee. I asked about both the smell and the cigarette burn, citing that it felt like I was not given this very important information before spending $25k on the car. I explained that one of the reasons I was buying Certified Pre-Owned was the added confidence that the car had been taken care of. After weeks of phone tag and long gaps in communication, he responded with a message that addressed the smell, but never mentioned the burn in the seat. His manager had offered that I could drive the car all the way back to Saratoga and leave it there for a day while they "Ionized" it. The machines that ionize are about $80 and I decided to do that myself. I asked about the cigarette burn and it was another few weeks before I finally had to reach out again to hear him say "My manager said no, nothing we can do for you." Assuming this car was leased before it was put on the market as Certified Pre-Owned, the responsibility for the loss of value on this car should have fallen on the leaser. And I, as the buyer, should have been informed that this car was smoked in and damaged by the previous owner. If none of that was possible, then I would have expected Toyota to make some kind of effort to make me feel better about this massive purchase. If New Country Toyota had been honest about the cigarette burn and smell, I would have asked that they address these things before I buy it, and if they couldn't, I would have bought the same model elsewhere.I never leave a negative review. I hope this review stands out to prevent this from happening to another buyer.

Jay the service advisor was wonderful!! I was traveling from PA to Canada and on my way I had a flat tire. Luckily I was 7min away from that dealership. When I got there Jay was patient, contacted the warranty company and I was able to get a new tire. I had a little one with me and he checked on us frequently, made sure the work was done in a reasonable amount of time for me to get back on the road.

The sales person was amazing, Highly recommend Chris Roman there. Very helpful and rare honest car salesman. Knew his stuff, no games, no pushy tactics. Easy transaction and great follow up attention to detail. Henry in the finance area also all biz and no upsell push. Would buy again here. Great location and excellent people. Wasn't even a Toyota and they were great to work with! 5 Stars guys!

Just wanted to say thanks to the sales folks at New Country Toyota of Saratoga Springs for finding us a new Toyota truck. After calling dealers far and wide to find a possible allocation for what we wanted, we were fortunate to be contacted by Eric Cyrus, of New Country. Eric was able to find the vehicle we wanted and made the deal easier by working with us for a reasonable trade. Our purchasing experience with Eric, and New Country, went very smoothly. At all times we were kept up to date about the timeline for delivery. I would highly recommend working with Eric Cyrus for a vehicle purchase.

I purchased a new Highlander from New Country last Thursday. I had test driven one locally but I was very unhappy with my experience with the sales people in my home town. When Noah Foster contacted me, the last person I wanted to talk to was another car salesman!However, right from the start, Noah patiently answered all of my questions. He was polite and informative without being condescending. I felt heard and I felt I could trust him to get me a fair deal.I am very, very happy with my Highlander and cannot sing the praises of Noah enough.Chris was also very helpful walking us through the financing process.Thank you for providing such good customer service!!

I am extremely satisfied with the service that I received at Toyota in Saratoga Springs,Ny. My salesman was Eric Cyrus. He was polite, knowledgeable, respectful and very friendly. There were no issues at all from start to finish. I highly recommend this facility and will tell anyone looking for a Toyota!
