This place has beautiful, colorful and bright color clothing and accessories. The dresses here are classy and unique. Reminds me of fun happy times traveling to sunny destinations like Florida and California. Perfect for good times and travel.

Employees follow you around the store, prices are very high. Return policy is the worst they will only give you in store credit that is good for one year

I have shopped here a few times in the last couple of years when I have needed a dress for a special occasion. I have worked with the same middle age woman every time. She always knows what dresses will fit my body the best, and she seems to really want me to be happy when I leave. I have always received excellent customer service. I always look forward to returning.

I have been a long time customer of the Albany store and have never had a bad experience there. The girls who work at the Albany store are always so nice and talkative. I went to the Saratoga store two weeks ago and I felt so awkward in the store. When I walked in the girls were all standing near the door chit chatting and didn't say hello, how are you or anything. But they said hello to other customers and helped them right away. I browsed the store but every employee I passed said nothing to my boyfriend and I. I think your Saratoga store needs a lesson on customer service and basic manners like "hello" and "how are you" when speaking to customers. The Albany store is great and always welcoming!! I'll definitely be going to the Albany store exclusively or just shop at the corporate stores until Pink Paddock addresses guest relations with the Saratoga store...

The products are great, the staff have always been nice. I live in town & would love to shop here more often but the prices are insane (even the sale prices). It would be nice if they would have atleast one GOOD sale a year, maybe in the off season.

This store is absolutely amazing and I don't know what people are talking about for having rude customer service! The staff were very friendly and we asked them questions and they were very happy to answer. We were the only ones in there and my sister was trying on clothes and the workers checked up on her in the dressing room and they got her different sizes and everything. They looked like they really like their job. It's also nice to have a small preppy store in Saratoga Springs but the store is actually a good size and they had a wide variety of preppy clothes! Loved it here!!

It is nice having a boutique like this that carries Lily Pulitzer and some Vineyard Vines. They also carry Kiel James Patrick bracelets, which I like. The set up of the store is slightly cramped and depending on the day, the staff could use some help with decorum.
