Really quick and easy! Had the right part shipped and car running that next week!

Wish I read the reviews before ordering from this company. Here's my experience. I ordered an ac compressor. Gave my vehicle trim, engine type, make, and model. The next day John calls and says it's in the way and that it's actually $10 more than he said before because of the shipping. After about a week it arrives. So I make an appointment with a local mechanic to have it installed. I'm called from someone at the mechanic's shop saying it wasn't the correct part. Later the mechanic told me me that even if it was the correct part he doesn't know if it would work because it was rusted so badly. So I call Saratoga and John answers the phone. I explain it's not the correct part but I had my car repaired with a different compressor. I was concerned he would pretend like it was my fault like I ordered the wrong thing. The only good thing about this experience is he didn't do that. However when I asked if I could have my money back he said no. I could have had a different part shipped to me but not a refund. He said I'd get $55 back (the order was $130) and I could keep the compressor, which like I explained already it was rusted so I doubt anyone else wants it.I REALLY WISH I NEVER DID BUSINESS WITH SARATOGA CLASSICS AND I HOPE THIS SERVES AS A WARNING TO OTHERS.Also, it's been over a week and I'm not seeing any $55 deposit into my account.

I read all the reviews after I ordered my part and was very skeptical as l whether or not I was getting burned, and my part was right and delivered as promised, I do have to say that initially when I received their ad I thought I was doing business with the one company, which I paid 100 bucks for what I thought was my part until I got the call from the company that actually had the part wanting another 120.00 which I paid, so I paid 100 to get connected with someone who had the part, and a, long as it's not a part where it could be a few different designs or parts it could be then there's no issue with wrong parts being sent

John was incredibly helpful and was able to find the correct part number for my 2019 Transit Connect Alternator (2 Ford Dealers and a Ford VIN Website gave me the wrong part number). Alternator arrived in 2 days as promised and was in good condition. I will definitely use them again.

Run! Get your parts from anywhere but here. Person I spoke with had an attitude the second I spoke with him on the phone. Got mad at me for asking questions and eventually hung up on me. Stay away!!!!!

I've ordered several engines from John for my customers. They have always been reasonably priced and the one time I received a wrong part, John made it right with me. For everyone complaining about how long it took to receive their order or not receiving it. John does not deal with the parts or shipping. He pays for your part with another company that has what you are looking for. They are shipping your part.

Saratoga Classics cheats, lies and deals without honor. They have some confusing bait and switch which has got to be illegal. I was referred to them by Parts Locators, which charges $6.99 to find your part. I will pursue this and publicize Saratoga Classics as being dishonest and a company which "DOES NOT" deal in good faith.

This is a fraud alert. I want to warn everyone that this company is a fraud. Hopefully you read all the reviews here before you conduct business with them. This goes for companies that are brokering parts to them, as well as persons who are seeking parts for their own vehicles. You will 100% be burned if you do business with them.

I needed a replacement interior rear view mirror for my Corolla and found this place. At first, everything seemed fine. John, the owner, told me the cost would be $40 plus the cost of the mirror, which was $30. Not having dealt with a parts broker before, I agreed - until I saw those same charges show up on my bank statement several days later. It was then I realized he was charging me an excessive fee for that $30 part. I emailed him and he didn't address my concern initially until I accused him of ripping me off. That got an immediate phone call from him. He was indignant and outraged. I told him bluntly that his fee was excessive and outrageous. He became angrier, ultimately telling me he'd refund the $40. Then he called back, asked me what he should charge me. I said $10. His response? "I don't get out of bed for ten bucks." Then, when I was on the phone to my bank, he called back, said he was refunding $20 and all but hung up on me. This was one of the rare times I did not check Yelp prior to my purchase. I got $20 refunded and contacted the actual Auto Parts salvage company which is sending me the mirror. Jim, who seemed to be the owner there, told me many of these brokers rip people off with outrageous fees. Anytime you need a part, either contact that parts place directly at R&S Automotive Parts in Oklahoma or go to the same database used by Saratoga and many other brokers, www.car-part.com. NEVER do business with Saratoga again.

Very expensive broker. Part was $125 and the charged me $375 for shipping and their commission. if you are in desperate need, look somewhere else. Not here. They charged first their fee and then they charge for the part. Overall i wouldn't buy again. Im telling you.

They replied to a request that I placed on partsrequest, said they have it. I called, the price they named was reasonable. I expected they ship it to me, but he said could pick this up at a place close to where I live and save $100 in shipping. I made a "down payment" of $50 and next day he told me the address of a junkyard where I could pick it up. Later I saw all the terrible reviews and, but all worked fine. I just learned from the second company that I could have simply looked up the part on car-parts.com and that the "down payment" was in fact just his fee for searching 2 minutes on a better site than I did. Well, OK, stupidity deserves whatever it gets, and I got what I needed, but $50 for 5 min work is still a hefty fee.

Ordered a windshield wiper transmission on 2/18/2021 and was told that it would ship the very next morning. Was told by "John" that I should expect it in approximately a week. After waiting ten days with no shipping information or part I called and spoke with "John." He informed me that they had received three transmissions from their suppliers and all were bad. He stated that he would be getting another that was guaranteed good the following morning and would ship it right out and send me a tracking number. I waited another week and had heard nothing from "John" or received the part as of that morning. When I called and spoke with "John" again he said, "You sound a little upset." I said no, a lot upset. "John" then proceeded to tell me that he was "Sensing a bit of an attitude." What kind of business place is this anyway? He then told me that he would refund my $30 that they charge but could do nothing about the parts suppliers $45 fee that we agreed on. ($75 total including shipping.) I finally received the part but never got the promised refund from the business that I was promised. I was also charged $56.65 from the parts supplier for a total of $85.56, not the agreed to $75. I would not ever recommend this place to anyone looking for parts.

John was rude. He had the wrong part sent to me. I contacted the place that sent me the part and they fixed it and sent me the right part. Never do business with this guy. He will tell at you.

They assured me that they will send the right part. They lied and I end up getting a new part from the dealer. DONOT do business with these people!
