The management in service (Esp . the female one ) .. forget her name ...very unprofessional and non accommodating. I was told to have my car serviced elsewhere because I wasn't happy . They don't seem to want to own anything . If you google the issue ...(in which i had 3 in both of my Hondas one a 2012 and a 2019 newly bought ) they are known issues and even law suits and they won't own it ...they play dumb ........ Peeling paint on a 2019 , lost GPS , and another 1k part /job that wouldn't own .... lucky they ended up having to ! But most definitely ...all are Honda defects . Very known problems they deny ...They reply with it's out of warranty or some stupid comparison to a knee surgery.. she seems to like that line it doesn't even make sense . ..used it in most every conversation. Sadly I will not purchase another Honda..I use to love Hondas but they have gone downhill and they don't back their product , well Saratoga Honda kicks you out ! And this was on the phone ! Lol. So unpleasant to deal with ... I'll be trading this last one in and moving on to something more reliable and accommodating. Buyers beware !

I wish I could give them zero stars! Saratoga Honda used to be great but no longer. I leased my last 2 cars there before Covid.I knew I was going to keep my leased Honda Passport so I luckily pre-purchased my extended warranty in with my lease. That ended up really saving me because the process of extended warranties have gone up like everything else.Here's the bad news about Saratoga Honda! One they never clued me in that putting a hitch on that car was going to cost over $2000 when they knew that's what I was getting it for. That would have been helpful because I would have probably chosen the Ridgeline! That was just a small thing compared to what happened after my lease end.A few months after I leased this car, I went and got my second car there as well. I got a Honda Fit and so I became a loyal customer even driving out there to get all my service done.All my service there has been really great except one recent incident which was remedied. They are very good at follow up and reaching out. This is the complete opposite of the sales area.Let's get back to sales! Complete garbage! It came time for lease end and I sat down with Derrick. I've worked with him many times at this point. We went through my options. The used car buyer manager wouldn't even offer my close to my car's worth! This is the top tier Honda Passport Elite and it was embarrassing. Even Derrick was embarrassed!It didn't matter too much because I really was planning on a lease buyout anyway unless it was spectacular. As, I mentioned I already spent the entire month on the extended warranty and my trailer hitch.Derrick told me that I had to call Honda Financial Services myself and they couldn't do the lease buyout because I already pre-purchased my extended warranty. So, I am getting punished for this? He said that's the way it is.The next few days was several phone calls and emails between Honda Financial and Saratoga Honda until I finally did a 3-way call between them. That information was completely false and they could do that there at the dealership.This is where liar Eric O'Reilly comes in! "Mr Just Come In And I'll Work Out Everything For You Because Derrick Obviously Told You The Wrong Information!" This guy! Typical Car Dealer BS Guy!The next few weeks were filled with me going to get other financing but still waiting for them to "Work Out Everything!" I feel for Derrick honestly because that Eric O'Reilly had me come all the way back there and never met with me. He was supposed to call me several times and didn't. I finally got my other outside financing and Saratoga Honda called me again and said the financing manager was calling me that day to get me something better. I waited all weekend and another Monday then signed with the other company. This was weeks of BS! Just wasting my time!Then, I stupidly gave them another chance with my Honda Fit which had equity. They offered me half of what Keeler Honda did and wanted to charge me more for the new Honda Civic that I ended up with. It's seriously shameful that this is how they show loyalty to their repeat customers. I will spend the time to tell everyone to never go there!They also almost cost me even more money by putting my paperwork through Honda Financial in the wrong category! They don't give one $#i+! I still do like Derrick and know he at least tried to help me!I guess Saratoga Honda got cocky during Covid when there was a car shortage and think they can just treat people however they want cause we are more desperate now to get cars but there's still a choice believe me!Avoid Saratoga Honda Sales At All Costs! Again it's a shame because their service department is the best one around here but I really don't want to give the entirety my business!Head on over to Keeler and see Wendy! Save yourself time and trouble! They also return phone calls!

I just purchased a 2024 Honda CRV from Saratoga Honda this past week. Every single person I dealt with there was kind, friendly, helpful, and NOT pushy! Justin was the primary salesperson I worked with. He was knowledgeable, kept me up to date on my car’s arrival, and had a great sense of humor. Saratoga Honda was the only dealership I went to where I was actually able to test drive the exact vehicle I was interested in. Highly recommend doing business at Saratoga Honda.

Justin is an excellent salesman. We found working with him so easy that we bought two cars! We loved his attention to detail, his professional manner and most important his patience and understanding as he explained how all the "new gadgets" work. I would recommend working with Just Boivin to anyone needing a new Honda!!

Just last week I picked up some sweet wheels at Saratoga Honda. I ended up choosing the 2022 Civic Sport. Thanks to Christian at Honda , I am able to enjoy driving a car again with no worries. His ability to do the job is super legit. He was able to work with me, it wasn't like I had to fully work with him. His service was quick too, I was able to get out of the dealership in no time. I'm super happy, and it is ALL thanks to Christian at Saratoga Honda

I got my first lease from Saratoga Honda and the process couldn't have been easier! Everyone is exceptionally friendly and easy going, particularly my sales guy Ethan K. who helped me (and my boyfriend, who also bought a car) and Lisa V. for making the financial process super simple. Made an appointment to get an idea of what options were for getting in to something lightly used and newer than what I currently had. Toni blew the process out of the water - it was a painless process! She was so easy to talk to and understood every concern I had along the way. Needless to say, within the same week I brought home a new to me '20 Passport! I'm in love!

Nearly lost a tire bc they didn't secure the lug nuts on my car and they tried to pawn it off as being caused by rust. 3 of the 5 stems had to be replaced bc the tire nearly sheared them off. Typically get good service and was rectified so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Next visit the caliper they installed "failed". Only way this was discovered was bc they didn't fasten the e brake after they botched the caliper job.I was offered $100 towards my next repair but since it doenst transfer to keeler or any other reputable shop they can cram it up their asses.

Noah was so professional, helpful and knowledgeable; Jason processed my paperwork efficiently and explained everything thoroughly. Noah helped me set up my car with my settings before I left. Ashley Baird was so knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole car buying process. She put me at ease, answered all my questions, was professional and detail oriented. Kia was awesome! We had a poor experience at another Honda dealership and came to Saratoga late on a Friday afternoon looking for help. Kia was super helpful and easy to work with. We drove away in our new car the next day. Highly recommend!
