I'm thrilled to announce that I am teaching Zumba Gold and Zumba Gold Toning at The YMCA in Wilton. Both classes are for anyone who is looking for a lower impact workout. Whether you are a senior, or recovering from an injury or a beginner, Zumba Gold is for you! Join me in the gym every Monday and Wednesday at 11:30am.

The staff goes above and beyond, the facilities are always sparkling clean, and the group fitness instructors are the best! I especially love Bonnie, who has helped me to fall in love with yoga over the past few years.

Dirty! My daughter attended a soccer program here every Saturday for the last few weeks and on the fourth week the teacher Ben, divided to get the kids ice cream. That would have been fine if he had asked the parents before taking the kids away to a different room! My daughter tells me that coach Ben had just been playing soccer on the field when he started to hand out ice cream. ( the parents were not in this room) My daughter says that Couch Ben used a spoon to get the ice cream out as well as his UNWASHED FINGER! Coach Ben did not bother to ask the kids or parents if they were lactose intolerant. This behavior is not ok for a almost 30 year old man. GROW UP!

Very enjoyable, friendly people, encouraging trainers. Alot of positivity, good vibes. I felt the warmth and caring from my first steps in side the doors. The place is clean and people friendly. Love everything about the YMCA. Thank You for a great program.

Looking to profit from Covid, shut down visitor passes for out of town members "due to covid you can only purchase a day pass, we don't do away members anymore" Time to find a new gym.

Clean facility. Feel like its my own private gym with hardly anybody there on the exercise floor. Staff is very friendly.

Only negative is that they make you wear masks while playing tennis. While places like Sport Time in Schenectady or Tri City in Latham don't. They only require masks while walking to and from the courts.

Got rid of half of the racks and weights in the ATC, as well as the med ball wall, for a golf simulator. Only 3 racks and 2 downstairs now in the whole facility. Going to be extremely hard to get a chance to lift now.
