Absolute banking nightmare. WARNING: Over complicated and miserable process to open a bank account, including a hard credit check. 10 day hold on checks for the first month—which for me happened around the holidays. Require loads of personal information to open a credit card—two years of tax returns—which I've never been asked to provide by other banks (major banks and local credit unions). Useless when experiencing technical errors with online banking. App and online banking are mediocre and dated, missing important features, and navigation is counter intuitive. I've also been told many different and conflicting answers to the same question when problems fail to be resolved in a timely manner.When I first walked in, I was excited to support a local credit union. By the time I walked out, I felt they did not trust me one bit. Their overall culture of suspicion continues through every interaction I have with them. I have never had this feeling before with a bank, and when I kindly gave them my feedback, they were unapologetic, rude, and defensive.

Cristella is hands down the most professional, friendly, and detail oriented representative I have ever worked with. She answered all of my questions, and was able to give me options that best suited my needs. Her customer service was phenomenal and I highly recommend to anyone looking for a great banking experience.

Terrible experience working with this bank. Representative Tom did not help resolve a basic customer service concern. They look for any excuse to charge you fees. Save yourself time and aggravation by banking elsewhere

WARNING this credit union will hold a official, certified bank for seven days! A family member paid off a auto loan with a official bank check drawn off another local credit union CAPCOM for 19k and refused to turn over a lein release for almost two weeks. We spoke to a Meg? and Lisa? and got the same song and dance. We explained we sold the vehicle and the new owner needed the lein release to transfer the title. Their member is in their 70s yet they rigidly stuck to their check hold policy without taking circumstances into account. I pleaded with them to call CAPCOM to verify, they refused. Gone are the days of personal relationships, and understanding. All that's left is covering one's liability and following policy.

NO ONE TO HELP WHEN WE ACTUALLY NEED IT. OVER 20 Years and I have been on the phone for an hour because your hours are advertised WRONG
