Since they switched to Broadview everything has been terrible. I was with cap com for 15 years and never wanted a different bank. Now I have constant issues, customer service is horrendous. Definitely switching banks now, these people suck.

Keep stoping our checks for no reason. We are tired visiting branches to correct their mistakes. We already missed Capcom FCU.
