“Five stars for the amazing old building that makes you feel like you are entering the past. It is big and bright on the inside... A huge lobby and great decorations. very inviting. Also five stars for the wonderful team of people here. Nothing but friendly smiles and a very professional staff.We were able to walk here from our hotel which did not surprise me. I also love not having to worry about parking, which they did not seem to have a lot of. Saratoga Springs is very easy to navigate and get from one spot to another. It nice to read the other reviews and see that most people also commented about the team here. They definitely deserve all the good reviews they get.KUDOs to the team at the USPS in Saratoga Springs.”

“I went here with an emergency order that another vendor had screwed up for days. The 2 service people at this FedEx location completed the order in less than 10 minutes. It was correct, the staff was super pleasant and helpful and the cost was very reasonable. The store is bright and clean. All in all, a successful and pleasant experience. “Every time I use the post office on Washington Ave, the staff are always very pleasant and honest with what additional services I should purchase (ex: insurance with tracking, expedite passport info, etc) when shipping a package or applying for a passport. And If there is a long line, it seems to move pretty smoothly. This is the only location I l prefer doing business with.”
“Jordan and Kevin were so helpful to me!! I drove a half hour each way and got to the store and could not open my Amazon app to return my item. Instead of turning me away they spent 15 minutes helping me get in and find the return information and I was able to return the items. Most people do not have the patience to take the time to assist someone for so long.”
