I was very unhappy with the quality of a color print job so came back with it the next day and a print tech graciously redid it to a much better result. Good customer service on fixing the oops jobs!

It was GREAT! Found some pens on clearance (bought 3 boxes) and found everything else I needed. Friendly staff, neat and clean store! It was a genuine pleasure shopping here.

I try to avoid this location at all costs. The few times I have stopped in over the past 2 years the cashiers have been rude and act as if I am a total bother to them, standing behind the cash wrap with their arms crossed scoffing the entire time. This store really needs to be retrained in customer service, especially when the customer is the one greeting them and wishing them a good day just to be ignored.

I’m actually shocked at how good the copies from their free standing copiers are. My wife needs to make copies of her diplomas. They’re all different sizes, with some being as big as 11 by 14 inches. I think the copiers can print as large as 11X17, so it wasn’t a problem. Printer takes credits cards. They also have tools on the table near like scissors, tape and cutting boards.

We were so pleasantly surprised with our visit to Staples! We were looking for a printer, and were coming off two bad experiences at other places, requiring us to return the purchased printer each time. (One place was that "other big electronics store" where, even though we have a membership, they wanted to charge us extra money for tech support. And their tech support wasn't that good)! At Staples, a store employee came up to us right away and asked if we needed help, without us having to go all over the store trying to look for someone. She was very knowledgeable and was able to direct us to the right product, as well as answer all our questions. When we got the printer home and needed support, we called the protection plan number and were actually able to get a REAL person, with no runaround! And the tech support person was excellent! We are now back in business. Thank you, Staples! Well done!!!

QUEBEC TRUCK DRIVERS & TWIC CARDS: Do not waste your time going to any TWIC Enrollment Center situated in a Staples, like Queensbury NY, Saratoga Springs NY, or Albany NY. They all have the same equipment, which includes a scanner and software that CANNOT read the QC Driver's License, which passes as our CDL (Commercial Driver's License). No way to force the scan through either.

This review is for Amy who works at the Saratoga Springs location.I had a challenging case of a music score formatted in a completely inconvenient way.Amy took her time and went above and beyond trying to print these materials for me. She asked questions, was patient, encouraging and kind. She was able to resolve the issue in a timely and professional manner while also maintaining cheerful and uplifting attitude.This employee is the Real Deal.I hope the management treasures the fact that they have this outstanding woman on their team.Thank you, Amy!! ???

We had too buy a computer due to a scam. Bernice Petrie and Bob the sales manager were great helping us out ofthe mess we were in.They were from the Saratoga store. We are not high tech people at our age. Everything was explained to us and we left there very happy. What a good experience when we were not comfortable buying a computer.Thanks so much.Go see them you will be happy.

Always fast and efficient printing. Amy is an amazing employee , when I uploaded a photo for a poster she called to let me re upload it so nothing would be cut off. The staff is so helpful.

I just went in about 2 hours ago to have 1000+ menus printed for a local restaurant I take part in managing. A young woman named Amy helped me. I was aiming to have them done in 2 days as I need them asap and she got them done in 2 hours. She went above and beyond to ensure I had a quality product. While she was completing my order, she was able to keep up with the demand from incoming customers. 10/10 service and experience.

Amy in Print & Marketing is the BEST! Has helped me with many rush orders over the past few months and always is communicative, timely with printing (even early!) and has literally RAN through the store with one of my shipments to grab the UPS truck driver that was headed out. She is so helpful - looking forward to my next project with her!

I rarely have a need for printing, but needed some documents printed at Staples. I submitted the order early in the afternoon. The website states the time it wouldn't be ready until 7pm. I needed it before then so had a plan in place for what to do if my order wasn't ready. I put the order in at 12:33pm. It was ready for pickup at 12:40 Talk about fast service!I visited the store to pick up my items. I was greeted by Amy. She was working diligently to serve the customers. She hadn't had lunch, but she put the needs of her consumers first.As an aside, I inadvertently made an error when I submitted the forms I needed printed. I forget to attach the back of the image. Right then and there, I emailed the form to Amy and she made it right. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the care she took to give exceptional service. And the prints came out exactly the way I expected them.Thank you, Staples and Amy. I recommend the location if you ever need anything printed.
