Only complaint is mixing the pots of coffee. Hit or miss if the coffee will be good or not.

Went in today (10/07/23) to get a bite to eat. Purchased two Cheeseburgers a couple of candies and a drink. I got back to work (on lunch break) and went to eat my burgers. One was delicious and tasted great. The other one - OMG ? It was as hard as a hockey puck - burger, bun, and cheese - all hard. I took one bite, spit it out and threw it away. Isn't there supposed to be a time limit on how long they are held in there? This one seemed to be an all-day burger. YUCK! ? If I return to this Stewarts (#314) ever again, I will closely inspect my food before purchasing it.

Used Stewart's my whole life. Absolutely my worst experience I've ever had at a retail store. Obviously staff is incompetent and untrained in this store today. I stop at 4-5 Stewart's regularly including this one. They just didn't care at all about selling me a half gallon of whole milk and punching my card. I am going to use whatever options that are available in the future if possible.

Colleen needs to be paid double whatever you’re paying her. Make her a manager, just give her manager pay, promote her to someone that works in headquarters, I don’t know what, but do something.I just watched that woman clear out a line of 10 people when she got caught behind the counter with none of her teammates. She didn’t just do her job, she cleared the line out within 5 minutes. If you walked in on the 6th minute, you would have thought they were slow at the moment.Someone who can keep their cool in a high pressure situation like that is worth taking a longer look at when it comes to leadership or at least a position with more responsibilities. I couldn’t imagine handling sales accounts would be a problem for her.I hope you take a look at this review and give it some serious thought. She starts looking for more responsibility somewhere else, they’re gonna snap her up.

Me and my family stopped to get gas and drinks and the color changing cups and I went to pay for it with my card and it said partially paid and I was going to give the manger the rest out of my pocket and he said can't do split pay and cancelled it and when I asked about getting the money back that he took off my card he said it didn't take the money and when I showed him it took the money off the card he said there was nothing he could do with a smirk on his face he said he wished he could do more there was something he could do give me my money back

After the way I was treated by the supervisor on duty tonight I will never set foot inside this store again. We have been getting our fuel and other items here for 20 years, never again! We will take the thousands of dollars we spend at Stewart's every year elsewhere. Please don't bother responding that you "will certainly share your comments with the shop's District Manager so this can be addressed appropriately." If it was being addressed there wouldn't be so many bad reviews.
