I went to T-Mobile at Wilton Mall today to upgrade my Google Pixel 6. I got a Google Pixel 7a. Rob was very helpful changing everything over to my new phone: Contacts, Google Keep and my Photos all made it. He answered all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable with my phone before I left

I'd give them zero stars if possible. I went to the store and George was an absolute lousy, condescending and rude associate! He literally was playing a game on his phone and stopped talking mid sentence with us because he had to play his game "before he got killed"! Got the wrong item for us because he wasn't listening cause he was on his phone. REALLY??? I know good help is hard to find, but anyone would be better than him! Tried to talk and ask questions but he'd cut us off and he knew everything about anything and offered unsolicited (and quite frankly rude and condescending/borderline disrespectful) opinions on anything and everything! Horrible, go anywhere else and if you must avoid George! Ask for Robert instead.

Called this store to inquire about the new iPhone 15. Alex told me to come in the store to do the trade because I would be eligible for a free storage upgrade. I arrived and spoke to Alex about the upgrade. The store manager overheard our conversation and was quick to tell me that he couldn’t do that. They also told me the phones would be delivered on the release date (9/22/23). My phone is scheduled to be delivered at the end of October! I asked the manager if he could do anything for my troubles and he said he “might” be able to give me a $20 store credit, which he never followed through on. I was the only customer in the store and there were 4 other employees literally sitting around.

We switched from Verizon and AT&T to T-Mobile with the help of Adam and Alex at the Saratoga store. They made the process fast and easy. They were also very responsive in the following weeks when we had any questions regarding the amazing benefits of our plan or about our bill. I would highly recommend both of them for their stellar customer service!

I desperately needed an AT&T iPhone charger for my iPhone and this location had one. This location is in a mall that half. The stores are closed because of Covid. They were only two people working there. I waited about 30 minutes online just to pay for a charger. The gentleman behind the desk who helped me was very kind and very nice and very knowledgeable. I'm only giving three stars because of the time I had to wait just to pay for a charger. Other than that I would recommend them. They are very knowledgeable.

I would like to give recognition to the best associate I have ever dealt with, George. I am not tech savvy and needed his help on numerous occasions. I even had concerns about something, George explained to me the steps I needed, and how I needed to process this information electronically to get what I needed. He stands out, because he treated me like the only person that was in the room even though I wasn't. He NEVER RUSHED anything. And it's a humble feeling that I'm not just a number, and feel like he cares. So if you ever need to go into T-Mobile... George is the guy!!Thanks George ?-Jacquie-

My mom and I recently upgraded our phones and have been long time legacy Sprint customers on a very old plan. Adam was not only amazing at taking the time to work with us to get on the best most updated plan that made the most sense, but also took extra time and care to help my mom understand her new phone and benefits.For myself, Adam made the process SUPER seamless and easy and helped set up my phone with the latest privacy screen and phone case.He is extremely knowledgeable and patient and provided a top notch customer experience. Recently switched over to T-Mobile from Verizon and WOW! I worked with the assistant manager, Adam, and he was an absolute delight! Very professional but entertaining! Helped us switch over all of our data from our phones and our numbers, also helped us setup Netflix, Apple TV+ and the other perks for being T-Mobile customers. Argumentative employees will not help at all. Protection plans are bogus, they will not help replace your phone when you have Issues with it, just go to the Apple store and save your time.

I have been in the store 2 times in the last week and have been very fortunate to have Alana helping me. She is amazing!!! She answered all my questions and if she didn't know the answer, she went out of her way to find it. The first time I was in there it was so busy and she was kind and patient with everyone!! Definitely referring everyone to T-mobile in Wilton mall!!!

So far I'm not impressed. It's 10:10 AM on a Friday and Google Maps says it opens @10. Not only does nobody answer the phone but there's not even an outgoing msg indicating store hours or location. Am thinking of switching from Verizon but not getting a warm fuzzy re T-Mobile based on this place.

Google keeps ignoring my edits, so I'll let you know here. This location is temporarily closed. It hasn't been open the past 4 time's I've been to this mall in the past 2 months. Call ahead if you're traveling to here from far away.
