My dad faced a unique and challenging issue that required the expertise of a family law attorney. Marissa Winch was assigned to his case, and she truly is among the best. Don’t waste your money! These people just take your money and do nothing! You’re the one that does all the work and are paying them just to show up to court and do nothing! There are better lawyers out there than this firm. I wholeheartedly agree with this.

I’ve been dealing with this firm for about 9 months.
Going through a very difficult time of my life and Marissa Winch really made the process easy. Any time I reached out to her she responded within a very short period of time. I can’t thank everyone that worked on my divorce enough! Even a change of attorney halfway through the process didn’t mean a drop in standards; Kaitlin has been excellent, communicating thoroughly and promptly throughout, as have the paralegals and the billing department! They may not be the least expensive firm around but I challenge anyone to find a better one!

I worked with attorney Marissa Winch. I was going through a divorce. It has lots of questions. and fears. doing something like this is not easy. She helped me. through this whole process. She made me feel comfortable. and cared for. It was very nice. to have someone to communicate with. whom would listen to my concerns. Answer all of my questions. Let me vent when I needed to. Sometimes the divorce you need to met once in a while. Marissa was a good listener. I have had excellent communication with Marissa since she took up my case. I would recommend. The Caldwell law group. for your divorce concerns and needs. I especially would recommend, Attorney Marissa Winch. Since she is whom I communicated the most with. My divorce is finally coming to an end. Paperwork is just about complete. A waiting for the judges signature. Through all the help I've received. I now feel I can start life again anew.

Prompt communication. Very caring and comforting. Flexible communication options. Flexible availability. Made the effort to assist me in all ways I asked. Really took the time to understand what was important to me and provided guidance in line with that. Matched me with a specific attorney that was extremely well suited to all aspects of my situation, and although that's what matters, I think they also matched me with an attorney that suited me socially / energy wise, if that makes sense. Extremely professional and also made efforts to not waste resources (save me money). I called about 20 law offices, they actually called me back, took me seriously, and made the effort to stay in touch and provide updates every step of the way. Would recommend and use again. Divorce is not what anyone wants in a marriage, but having a confident, sophisticated, professional on your side while navigating the legal system is all I could ask for, and that's what I got.
